Terrible. Rooms were nice but some facilities need upgrading such as elevators, hallway lighting (feels like in a horror

The room was well-maintained, clean floor, doesn’t have any foul or artificial odor. Air conditioning unit was working well.

Inefficient parking and check-in, check out system. We were told to have our vehicle pulled out from the parking area before our ID’s get released for check out. Staff were inefficient. During our check out, guests had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be cleared, making the guests pile up in the lobby. Security guards were very rude and making comments inappropriately.

elevators only 3 for 52 storeys( 1 elevator closed) ventilation filthy, can smell fungal dusty atmosphere window aircon filter cleaned? don’t clean toilet bowl, amenities cheap soap and shampoo

I like that its very near the mall and Edsa as well. I like that there's a kitchen and a dining table, like a condo

The hot water can only run for 1 shower only, the next person should wait like 30 mins to an hour to get a hot water running. I hope there are slippers provided

Terrible , compare this to the display photos

BSA is a good location, but it has deteriorated over the years

the room had cockroaches and didn’t look like the photos listed, the tap fitting was loose, the tap in the bathroom has a hole in the wall, The air con is noisy.

I,m happy w/my stay-Thanks

My only comment this time, after all my stay w/ BSA its almost perfect , but , this time at room 5002- bathroom is always flooded, I reported to the inspecting -in-charge - the room about the bathroom, there is gap w/ bathroom door, the shower comes out causing flooded its dangerous the floor is slippery , I'm senior of 83 yrs. of age-- I hope it will be put right fairness to the next customer. I have been tenant there for almost 2 years - room 1914 -room 3216. Thanks , Mrs.Lydia Green

Took too long to check in, almost 2 hours! Then I asked for late check out but was not granted. Parking fee is NOT free and costs too much for an overnight rate.

Feedback for Room A4006

Location. Being close to dining and shopping is a plus. Air conditioning and hot water that actually works is commendable. Bed is comfortable enough to get a good night sleep. Cable TV is a bonus. Bed linens are clean and pillows are ok. Check in staff are polite and helpful.

Coachroaches. There were a handful of them, big and small in room A4006. I HATE them with a vengeance! You need to organise pest control ASAP. This was massive let down. No wonder your plates were wrapped with cling wrap. Though WIFI internet information was readily available in a clear plastic stand display, there were incorrect. Not after a visit from the housekeeping guy that he was able to provide us with correct wifi details by looking them up against the modem inside the room. He then took a photo of the wifi plastic stand display to support why I made such a request. He was about the place the plastic display down on the table but with quick thinking decided to check the reverse side of it...lo and behold, the correct wifi internet details were scribbled on the back side of the clear plastic display. Please rectify this by printing the correct information, removing and replacing the incorrect one. Thanks for looking into this.
