Impeccable facility and service, great location, highly recommended

We traveled as a family of four including two children, aged 2 and 6. The location couldn't be better, as it was at the heart of the city and able to reach the Egyptian museum within a very short walking distance with a stroller! The facility was impeccable, as was the service of the staff. Any request was addressed immediately and professionally. The rooms were very clean with all the necessary amenities. The outdoor pool was satisfactory. Breakfast was beyond expectations and roomservice food was also tasty. We stayed three nights, and we were so happy with our stay that we expect to look for its branches elsewhere around the world in our next travels. Thank you so much!

For traveling in the city, I would recommend calling an Uber. Concierge will direct you to booking a car with them but the price is exorbitant relative to what it costs with an Uber or taxi. Concierge did not provide help in hailing a taxi.

Hotel jak najbardziej godny polecenia

Hotel położony w samym centrum Kairu. Do muzeum wystarczyło przejść tylko przez ulice ( co było niezłym wyzwaniem). Personel w hotelu na zawsze pomocny i uśmiechnięty (szczególnie pan od transportu). Na 100 % procent polecam ten hotel, choć jak na Kair to drogi.

Okna nie otwierały się.

(+) Top hotel, deserves it's high rating, great rooms, great breakfast. (-) Downtown traffic noise.

Mario made our Check-In process a pleasure. The rooms we got were modern, clean and the bathrooms were brand new. The buffet breakfast was great value for money with lots of choice. The location is great for the Metro and the Egyptian Museum of course. Overall great value for money for the location and quality of the hotel.

Being on Tahrir Square means you have to endure cars honking all day. This is only an issue in the daytime, when not in the hotel. By the late evening, the traffic eases up. I am a light sleeper and I felt it wasn't noisy during the night. This is the only consideration to an otherwise flawless stay.

I recommend staying in the hotel but not eating in the restaurant!

Steigenberger Hotel is a nice new addition to Cairo. We enjoyed the rooms, finding them clean and well-suited for our needs. Housekeeping was friendly and cordial. Management was fast to help us if asked.

My only qualms with the hotel were the restaurant and the room service. The food and the service were subpar. The restaurant should reduce the size of the menu and make each dish higher quality. They have too many dishes, maybe that's why the quality is poor. In addition to this, the room service staff didn't know the menu - I would order one thing and receive something entirely different. This happened on multiple occasions.

Sadly overall a bad 1st time experience at a Steigenberger Hotel

Friendly staff, nice food and very central

Hotel was very busy and it is positioned near a very busy intersection which is super noisy with the horns so much so i had to move rooms further away. Needed a bit of an upgrade. I travel monthly to to Cairo so i have had enough experience by now.

Perfect Hotel at the best location

Perfect stay

The room was very nice and spacious, with everything one needs. The location is perfect, especially to visit the Egyptian museum. The breakfast is absolutely exceptional.

Definitely want to come back

It was a pleasure to stay here with my family and all the facilities and staff were great especially the supervisor Riham who took great care of us. I also loved the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the buffet breakfast had endless options

الفنادق متشابهة لكن هذا الفندق يتميّز بطاقم الموظفين الممتازين .فمن صفاتهم الإبتسامة الدائمة،الأخلاق الرفيعة وحسن التعامل من موظف البوابة الخارجية إلى موظفات وموظفي الإستقبال إلى موظفات وموظفات المطعم إلى مسؤولي نظافة الغرف.كلهم تحطهم على الجرح يطيب.سأحكي موقفاً عندما وصلت أعطاني أ.عبدالرحمن غرفة في الدور الثامن جيدة .لكن يو أن هناك مشكلة في الشطاب يهرّب الماء وفي الصباح قابلت أ.فريدة وشرحت لها الوضع فبادرت سريعا بل عرضت علي ضيافة لكنني كنت مستعجلا وعندما عدت وجدت عبدالرحمن، وأ.ماريانا فعوضوني بغرفة ذات إطلالة جزئية على النيل في الدور العاشر. أنا متأكد أن سبب التقييم الرفيع للفندق هم موظفوه وياليت المدير المسؤول يقرأ كلامي فيزيد من رواتبهم. شكرا فريدة ، شكرا ماريانا ، شكرا عبدالرحمن..شكرا لجميع موظفي ستيجنبر جر. للعملاء الآخرين .الفندق قريب من المتحف المصري ، ومن النيل .ومن جميع الخدمات والمحلات .قريب منه كشري أبو طارق المشهور ، ومحلات عصيرات .

Highly Recommend! Would definitely stay again!

I traveled with a group of 7 women, we booked a total of 5 rooms. Each of us loved this hotel! The single rooms were very spacious! Double rooms were a little tighter but still very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean! Staff was very attentive and prompt with all requests. I highly recommend including breakfast in your stay! There is a plethora of options for everyone.

1) широкий выбор на завтрак; 2) в номере есть халаты, тапочки, банные принадлежности; 3) Очень отзывчивый персонал, нам заменили номер, т.к. мы пожаловались на шум за окном, и нам вернули деньги, т.к. номер был категорией ниже; 4) в целом всё чисто и безопасно

Hotel elegante in zona centrale

L’hotel è curato ed elegante. Cosa non scontata al Cairo. La colazione è internazionale e varia, anche se il servizio a volte è un po’ distratto. Il personale molto disponibile. Le camere sono eleganti e curate. Buono il ristorante.

Si sente parecchio rumore dall’esterno (il traffico e la musica dei locali). È un problema noto e costante al Cairo. La piscina è molto piccola, e il servizio al bar della piscina e’ da dimenticare. Escluse le suite, le stanze sono tutte uguali, e variano solo per l’affaccio.

Given a quiet directly below the Gym

Loved the location with an excellent view of the Nile from the Restaurants.

We asked for a quite room however was given a room directly below the gym. Very little noise abatement, could hear the pounding of someone running on the treadmill and dropping their weights on the floor. We visited the gym and explained our situation and also called Front Desk at 830pm 900pm and 10pm. At 1015pm the manager called back at offered us to move to another room?!. I fail to understand why they could not ask the person at the gym to stop throwing his weights down. And to close the gym at a reasonable hour (900pm)?. There was a repeat of the same activity the following night. Needless to say we were very disappointed.

The hotel is exceptional in its overall quality. The rooms are comfortable, and it boasts a well-equipped gym and a delightful outdoor pool. The dining is top-notch, and the lobby comes alive with live music in the evenings. What stands out most is the friendly and accommodating staff across all areas – from the gym and pool to the restaurant, housekeeping, and reception. Special mentions go to Mrs. Hiram for assisting with a late checkout, Mr. Shawky in the restaurant, Mr. Saleh for room service, and Mr. Nourhan in both the lobby and restaurant. Highly recommended.
