Very modern, clean and comfortable. Near downtown and two metro stations.

The room was very comfortable and the extra touches such as the table and chairs by the window were enjoyable. The room design was beautiful.
The low level street noise in the background at night.

Excellent location for visiting the Eaton centre and Nathan Phillip square. Right in the city centre and close to the train station. Excellent places to eat and drink in the area.
Spacious rooms.
Front desk staff were excellent, especially when accommodating us for another night.
The area is a little rough around the hotel, but too be expected for being in the centre.
Some of the rooms are actually residential as were rented out during COVID but not turned back into hotel rooms- so a little strange, however we had no issues with any of the neighbours and was actually very quiet despite the location.
We ate at the restaurant on the ground floor and the food was not great, so we ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable.
Please put conditioner in the shower along with the shampoo.

The location is amazing and you are right in the heart of it with most things within a 30min walk, it is also right next to the metro if you don't fancy walking. The reception staff are really helpful and very accommodating - nothing seemed to be too big of a job. The room itself was really spacious and clean with a good size bathroom, NB there isn't a bath and the pressure was a little low up on the 14th floor. There is also a diner next door called Fran's which was amazing, good choice of food and really great staff.
The noise from the street could be fairly loud but not constant. The worst part I would say is the breakfast. It is a set menu and if you aren't into fried and super sweet it doesn't give you much choice.

La ubicación es excelente, el tamaño y facilidades de la habitación son muy buenas.
No tiene estacionamiento y yo llevaba un auto rentado, el personal no fue tan amable.

The hotel was chosen for it's close proximity to the Ed Mirvish theatre. Neither of us had been to this hotel previously and we were very pleased with our choice. The room was very clean and we particularly liked that we could open a window. The thermostat was easy to figure out and the room remained comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet, given that it is in a busy area.
Nothing. Everything worked out well, although just a suggestion, to provide a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would be a welcome addition.

Ottima posizione in centro comodo per tutto senza prendere la macchina
La camera piccola ma soprattutto la wi-fi molto lenta e inefficiente soprattutto per noi che dovevamo anche lavorare

Glass and kettle should be in the room .

I was worried about getting a good night's sleep in a glass-box style room in the sky, but the curtains/blinds were excellent, keeping the room dark. The air-con kept the room cool without being too noisy as with many hotel air-conditioning units. The bed was super comfy. Even though I'd just got off a long-haul flight, I slept really well. Thank you Pantages!
Not a fan of high-rises, but if you want to stay in central Toronto most hotels are like this. It didn't serve breakfast in the bar on the day we were there (if at all?), but we enjoyed our visit to Fran's Diner adjacent to the hotel. We travel a lot and we found hotels in Toronto generally expensive, but this one was a little more reasonable, so a good option if you don't want to break the bank.

Perfectly located at a very good price. Value for money.
Rooms were clean and staff at check-in very friendly.
Having to request a cleaner the day prior to get your room cleaned was inconvenient.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Room was an excellent size and hotel well placed in the city. This is a smaller boutique style hotel. Bar with available snack menu in foyer. Marina and central train station all walkable. Massey hall around the corner along with the Eaton shopping centre.
Covid screens in desk no longer necessary.

Very central location. You can walk everywhere. Bed was super comfy and room very large and clean.
Staff very helpful.
Lobby very dark and gloomy which doesn’t give a great first impression

King sized bed. Large room on 14th floor with great city views. Nice toiletries. Great walkin shower. Good room facilities, including safe, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine.
Extra coffee/milk was replenished on request.
No breakfast option. But we were aware of this when we booked.

Convenient location. Fran's diner is just steps away for excellent breakfasts to get you started. Happy hour in the hotel bar was very nice.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good size room. Very clean good amount of storage
One small issue was only there was only one mirror which was in the bathroom so if anyone was using bathroom you have to wait.

The location was excellent as we had theatre tickets at the Mirvish Theater and had supper at Fran's. Didn't get all of our steps in that day! It was surprisingly quiet even with the windows open did not hear any traffic or noise. The beds were comfy and the room amenities exceeded our expectations - washer/dryer & dishwasher!!!. The reception staff, Pella & Rubino, were most welcoming and Rubino even helped the birthday girl take her luggage to the room!
The hours the bar was open...we were attending the theatre where the performance ended at 10:30 and the bar closed at 11:00

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were treated so well on our honeymoon.
Was likely an off day but 2/3 of their elevators were out of operation. Minor inconvenience

The room and hotel location were fantastic, and I'm only going to repeat my stay if there's absolutely nothing available in Toronto!
There's practically nobody to help you at the hotel, you're supposed to do everything by yourself, and the only existing staff at the reception, is just there to hand you the keys. There's no parking at the hotel unlike what's mentioned on booking.com, furthermore you gotta pay $35 to have your car safely parked at the hospital right opposite.
Room service wasn't great as well, I was told to collect towels from the reception!
