Great location, awesome staff, stanky smelling lobby!

Fantastic location! The room was surprisingly quiet. Very cool view! Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy!

The air freshener in lobby was so awful and overwhelming yuck!! The bathroom light was automatic and would shut off on you in the shower. And the depressed sheep in cages outside the elevators on room floors made us sad :-(

Séjour super à Renaissance Marriott

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé à Times Square avec accès proche au métro, aux monuments et à Central Park. Nous avons fait quasiment tout à pied ! C’est un quartier un peu bruyant mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. La chambre est confortable assez grande et la literie bonne. De plus l’hôtel vous offre 2h de location de vélo à Central Park et autres avantages. Tout le personnel est sympa !

Pas grand chose à dire, il manque peut-être un peu de rangement pour les vêtements car nous sommes restés 7 nuits.

Voto alto perché innanzitutto è in centro pieno, times square. Secondo punto a favore : stanza da 4 VIVIBILE! Siam stati proprio bene in 4 senza sentirci schiacciati. Pulizia ottima.

Quando prenotate dovete essere consci che state pagando già una parte di denaro che si chiama destination fee, in pratica avete un budget prepagato per comprare colazione/cose al market interno (che peró ovviamente sono over prezzate).

Met my expectations. My 4 star hotel of choice in NY.

The central location next to Broadway and the Central Park, best breakfasts I ever had in US, attentive staff, cleanliness and regular room cleaning by default, modern and generously spaced rooms.

I wish 4 star hotels like this could be rented for less than 300 dollars a night. :)

Time Square vieressä ja sijainnista helppo pääsy joka suuntaan

paikka on keskeinen ja mahdollisuudet liikennöidä on moninaiset. Metroasema vieressä ja Keskuspuistoon lyhyt matka. Aamiaisella tarjottiin hienosti sekä tuoreita marjoja että muita terveellisiä tuotteita, hieno näkymä Times Squarelle.

Hieman kulunut hotellin ilme, yleisesti kallis aamiaispalvelu.

Do not advice anyone to stay there.

Location is amazing

The hotel was not clean at all. Toilets and the carpet in the room is extremely dirty. The bed covers are supposed to be white but it loses its color and they are almost grey because of dirt. The hotel is extremely crouded and alot of noise but that is understandable and nothing to do about this. But all the rest of the problems we had is not acceptable at all.

Fantastic clean hotel

We’ve stayed here before and love the convenience of the location and the vibe of the New York scene.

The front foyer is very dark with dim lighting and dark walls. Not very welcoming however the have an amazing smell of essential oils or similar burning. The bar upstairs is normally fantastic but this trip it was never open as the little convenience market they have. Not sure why it was there we never saw it opened??

Felújítandó hotel a Times Square-en

Lokáció tökéletes, mindenhez közel van. Kényelmes ágy.

A képek nem igazán tükrözik a jelenlegi valóságot - soha ne higgy HDR képeknek, 5. lobbi szint után koszos minden, a szobák szőnyegpadlója szagos, a törölközők agyonmosottak és büdösek, nagyon felületes a takarítás. Európában maximum 2 csillagot kapna a hotel.

Ottima la posizione. Stando al 25esimo piano non si sente rumore. Letti comodi e stanza accogliente Bella sala colazione

L’acqua calda in alcuni momenti ad esempio la mattina non arrivava bene. Doppio ascensore per salire al piano e non comunicato al check-in

Fine for a couple nights

Great location especially for being in the city for the first time. Spacious room.

Generally quite dark. Some updates required - the handle on the bathroom door was broken and we had to ask for bathrobes (which were complimentary), rather than it being available in the room on arrival. There was info we learned later in the stay that I think should’ve been provided at reception on check in such as how to access the WiFi.

It was perfect!

The location was perfect. Right next to the subway. The rooms were the biggest I’ve ever stayed in in NYC. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The view for breakfast was amazing!

Hotel in Times Square!!

Hotel located in the middle of Times Square. The rooms have a good size and are comfortable. We stayed on the upper floors and had no problems with the noise but I believe those who on lower floors may have this problem but how not to have it, we are in New York - Times Square. The dining room has a magnificent view of Times Square.

The shower is old and has little pressure. Breakfast is expensive 30 usd per adult and 15 usd for children. We had a broken window, I complained and no one wanted to know.

Boa estrutura e péssima equipe.

Toda a equipe que opera o café da manhã e o bar noturno são péssimos ! A Falta de educação da recepcionista do café da manhã foi marcante na minha estadia, ao ponto de eu optar por não tomar o café da manhã em nenhum dia e abrir mão dos $ 30 dolares diarios que eu tinha direito . Os garçons são fracos, equipe reduzida, 15 minutos pra vir uma cerveja, tratam os hospedes como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Os Hospede do hotel não tem nenhuma vantagem ao usufruir do bar.

Great hotel location wise and rooms were a very good size and very comfortable

Location, ease of check in/out Lovely decor/view of time square Very Friendly staff…concierge Omar was delightful and cleaning staff were amazing. Fresh towels every day Comfortable large room… beds fabulous..and fridge a bonus! No outdoor noise at night Pricier than other hotels on Times Square but so worth it!!

Only fault we found….Breakfast was expensive for what it was and staff were very unfriendly and rushed/stressed. In saying that we only had breakfast there one day so it could’ve just been a bad day!

We loved the location.!!! The property was clean and easily accessible to the subway.

The time square view is awesome. The restaurant meal was fantastic. We used the concierge service for extra to do options.

We checked in and toured the city. When we retired back to our room with four people we noticed the tub leaked after the first shower. The staff was quick to assess the situation and move us to an equally splendid room.

Expensive but pleasant.

Great location. You can literally walk to anywhere you want. The R lounge serves tasty cocktails and food though food options are limited and expensive. Staff are polite and helpful. You can request things you need like electric kettle or slippers for free at the front desk. The bed is comfy and AC functions normally. Everything is clean and tidy so I don’t have complaints about this. I would recommend king bed rooms on higher floor so you can enjoy larger space as well as avoid noises from Times Square. In my case I picked the highest floor which is 26th. The city view is not that good since surrounding buildings blocks your view.

Breakfast not worth that much. To be honest everything is a little bit overpriced. Well this is New York so I suppose there is no easy way to save money.

Hotel super assolutamente raccomandato

Hotel magnifico, posizione strategica, camera ampia eravamo in 4 con 2 figli grandi, letti comodissimi, temperatura perfetta, camera silenziosa nonostante la posizione, personale molto gentile, fatte delle richieste di servizi (asciugamani, caffe) tramite app e risolte immediatamente, velocissimi nel check in e check out, pulito.

Hotel incrível no coração (mesmo) da Times Square, não poderia ter escolhido uma localização melhor, completamente acessível a tudo, perfeito! Funcionários simpáticos

Não existe a opção de café da manhã na diária mas na minha reserva eu tinha direito a tickets para a estátua da liberdade, aluguel de bicicletas no central park e 30 dólares por quarto para consumir em qualquer coisa consumida no lounge e bar! Café da manhã caro!

Increíble el hotel, e increíble el trato de Tammy

Increíble experiencia en Renaissance New York Times Square. Lo mejor Tammy, es una de las responsables de recepción y fue increíble su trato, muy profesional y muy buena gente. Cuando llegamos salió a la puerta a mostrarnos los sitios más cercanos que le habíamos preguntado. Y todos los días estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Volveríamos toda la familia, solo por verla. El hotel increíble, habitaciones muy limpias y desayuno buffet muy bueno, con vistas a la misma Times Square!!!! Ojalá podamos repetir pronto, mis hijos me dicen vaya mirando ya una nueva reserva!!! ————- Incredible experience at Renaissance New York Times Square. The best is Tammy, she is one of the people in charge of reception and her treatment was incredible, very professional and very good people. When we arrived he came to the door to show us the closest places that we had asked about. And every day he was watching over us. The whole family would return, just to see it. The hotel is incredible, very clean rooms and a very good buffet breakfast, with views of Times Square itself!!!! I hope we can repeat soon, my children tell me to look at a new reservation!!!

Superb service! Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Times Square!

I love the location right in the middle of Times Square! The lounge is beautiful and the service there was superb. I went to the bar to get a cocktail and the bartender gave my 4 yr old granddaughter a Shirley temple. He didn’t want her to feel left out. The next night I came downstairs to the lounge without her and he asked about her and gave me one to bring to her. The staff was extremely nice. They provided coloring book and colored pencils for the kids to occupy them in the lounge. I was going upstairs for the evening with my granddaughter and the staff gave her a coloring book and took the time to search diligently for some crayons for her to take upstairs to our room. She found colored pencils and gave her each color they had. I generally stay at the Marriott Marquis down the street when I visit. This hotel will alway be my home away from home going forward! They give so many perks $30 a day to spend on food or drinks, 2 tickets for museum and more included in price. I will be back this summer and Xmas! Can’t wait! 💝🥰🤗🤗

Okay price but it's a 3 star, good position.

Great position in full Times Square, the beds are comfortable with large choice of pillows, rooms are large enough. Price, considering location, is okay.

It's rated 4 stars, but we don't think it's a fair rating. Many services are below standard, and the structure is quite oldish (shared areas, in-room toilet, etc.). The staff is rather cold, even unfriendly sometimes (front desk), except for the black guy in the lobby who is very nice.

Posizione incredibile Vista 17 piano sui led di Times Square Letto per due anche se più piccolo dello standard però comodissimo

Odore di mangiare poco gradevole nella Lounge Doccia con vasca (però funzionava benissimo)
