Clean and very close to Universal
The property needs renovation as facilities are quite old and the room needs to be refurbished.

It was a beautiful hotel with nicely-sized rooms to comfortably fit my family of four. The view from our room was spectacular. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were also very nice. A short walk to Universal Studios and City Walk, but a shuttle was also offered for those who would prefer not to walk.
The on-site restaurant offered breakfast but it was very expensive. Even the on-site Starbucks was more expensive than usual - so much so that even my teenager decided it wasn’t worth it for his morning mocha. We went over to the Starbucks at Universal Studios and actually paid less.

Perfect location for our visit to Universal, we could either get the shuttle to the parks or walk 10 mins direct no problem. The room was lovely and spacious and had a great view. the bar was busy both nights and a great spot for a well earned post Mario cocktail
Very loud when the conference delegates all hit the bar!

The location is good and the staff are very nice and helpful.
The rooms are so old and dirty .The restaurant is also so old . You feel like it’s an old cheap motel.

Great location, pool etc
Long time to check in. Room service food was not very good and very expensive.

Great rooms, right next to universal
We had a misunderstanding after prepaying breakfast. I had paid in advance through my reservation. When I got to the restaurant, the host explained that the advance payment was only for our two adults, two kids’ buffets were yet unpaid and $23 each. What’s more, the hot breakfast for adults was $10 more than the $23 we already paid in advance, so we had prepaid only 46/112+tip. We had a great time at the hotel and parks, but if we did it again I would skip prepaying for breakfast.

Breakfast was good the first buffet ($35) but not del second one($25) the receptionist was not good let it us to enjoy the first choice. according to me I get there on time. You have specific hours and you don't respect your one rules.
you did not let me enjoy the first choice of breakfast.

Cercanía del parque y limpieza
En la habitación 319 se escucha como tiran cosas pesadas durante todo el día y la noche.

Everything! It was fantastic!
Less signage about the park. It kind of cheapens the beautiful lobby. We all know the park is next door. Not really a bad thing, but if you are there for a high end wedding or such, all those posters are a bit much.

Great location to Universal. Nice staff. Beautiful property.
Assigned a room on lowest floor with no view whatsoever. Terribly overpriced breakfast buffet especially for kids.

Location and excellent staff
Pool and hot tub were cold and duty

The room was a spacious with a view on the 8th floor, the bathroom felt clean and spacious. its a few minutes walk to universal studios or a quicker Free shuttle every 15 min. An Ok experience even do I would expect more for the price. ($456 for 1 night(Saturday) and parking.)
Room seemed dated with wallpaper pealing off in the bathroom, questionable clean carpet and Hvac unit that made some noise

The room was spacious and comfortable. It is close to Universal Studios. The Lobby Restaurant had a decent menu and was open good hours. Enjoyed breakfast in the Cafe
The pool was quite good but the hot tub water looked dirty. It would have been nice to have a more direct route to walk to Universal. The check-in was terrible. Had to wait in line to check in; then when room was ready had to wait in line AGAIN to pick up the key. Would have liked the Cafe to be open for dinner.

Walk to Universal Studios; shuttle if you prefer which we used for the city walk. Comfy spacious rooms. Hot tub. Wi-Fi included.
Service at the lobby bar was very slow; wish parking was included.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Hotel felt very safe.
The breakfast buffet is overpriced particularly for young children that don’t eat very much. Breakfast was a strange set up as it was a self service buffet but there were also wait staff that only got you coffee and toasted bagels for you. Couldn’t really understand why they had wait staff and would have preferred to pour my own coffee and toast own bagels. You’re better off getting breakfast from the Starbucks in the hotel. Pool although supposedly heated is freezing. Staff overall were nice but front desk was exceptionally slow.

The location was perfect for our trip to the park. The shuttle bus came every 15min but decide to just walk to the park but used the shuttle for the evening.
In the room there was a maid’s cleaning towel on the table as soon as you walk in. I was too tired to call and complain, and not surprise because the same thing happened 18 years ago when my husband and I came to stay at the hotel but the towel was on the bed. We called that time. And the gentleman seemed annoyed. That same trip we used the valet and a gas card was stolen. We told the front desk and they didn’t care. Since then I haven’t trust Valet.
As a mother taking a trip with her daughters I had to stay close to hotel and park for safety reasons, otherwise I would have tried a different hotel.

Our room was right adjacent to the weight room. We were woken up very early with the sounds of people working out and dropping weights and making noise.

Food wasnt good. Charged $18 per day for WIFI. I didn't need their Wifi. Hassle when trying to leave the garage. The exit machine wasn't working and spoke to the employee through the intercom speaker.Rude questioning and tried being told I couldn't exit because I didn't remember my room #.

A luxury 4-star hotel sitting next to Universal Studios Hollywood. It’s a 10-minute walk and there is free shuttle service between the hotel and Studios every 15 minutes. There is a huge underground parking taking up two floors, which is perfect for travellers driving to LA. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, the bed and sofa is comfortable. Both the breakfast ($34 per person for buffet) and the dinner are delicious. There are also grocery stores inside which are convenient for guests to buy closes, snacks, and water. Fitness center is also a plus.

Everything and every person was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful they also told us about sights that we did not know about, making our trip even more special.
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We expected better for such a nice place. It was our ONLY complaint.
