El servicio al cliente fue muy bueno especialmente la persona que nos dio la bienvenida en español y nos recomendó lugares para comer. La vista de la habitación hermosa. camas comodas, habitacion muy limpia. limpieza diaria impecable. La ubicación insuperable, todo cerca accesible, sector seguro. 100 puntos, el mejor hotel que he usado en nueva york

Solo necesite mas champoo eramos 4 personas y siempre dejaban solo 1.

I would stay there again as it was a great location .

I upgraded to a larger bedroom paying an extra $25 a night I am glad I did be it was a huge room . Comfy bed and fridge I managed to acquire a kettle which I wasn’t charged for. Door man got a cab for us . Diner and restaurant on the premises , both very good. Subway station right across the road .

Bathroom was not in proportion to the size of the room .It had a great shower but the actual room was tiny . Double glazing not brilliant but I guess it a city that never sleeps. $5 dollars per item of luggage if you want to leave your stuff after checking out . We had 4 bags so was a big pricey

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in in all my travels, don't ever stay here.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in in all my travels, don't ever stay here！！！ The facility is very old and the room is not very clean.You have to deposit USD 50 each night as a guarantee, which others hotels does not require. If you want to leave your luggage at the hotel for half a day, each luggage costs 5 USD, and you have to pay 10 USD if you leave it overnight. That's very expensive. When I returned to NYC from LA, and stayed at another hotel, they let me store my luggage for free. When I checked out, I needed to leave my luggage for several days, the night manager took so long to operate the machine, that I almost missed my flight to LA for wasting so much time. However he complained to me that my credit card was not working. But they charged me for all expenses on the first day with the same card, how did it stop working? Criticizing the client and making me feel bad all day is not what I expected. His attitude is so heavy and it scares me. I swear that I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to my acquaintances. If you leave after 12 noon, they will not clean your room. Actually during my 4 days of stays, they only cleaned my room once. Therefore, when I returned to NYC, I stayed in a hotel called 45 Times Square Hotel, which is next to Time's square, with newer facilities, has a refrigerator and electric kettle, and work staff are friendlier. The above are all my real experiences, for your consideration.

La ubicación es ideal. A 1 minuto de varias bocas del metro de Penn Station. Si te gusta caminar en tus viajes, desde el hotel puedes visitar la mayoría de atracciones de midtown con sólo caminar unos 15/20 min. Los trabajadores han sido muy amables y atentos. Nunca tuvimos que hacer cola en los ascensores y eran bastante rápidos. (estabamos en la planta 32 y bajar a recepción nos llevaba un par de minutos desde la habitación). Nuestra habitación tenía vistas a dos lados del hotel, incluyendo el Empire state, Chrysler, etc. El hotel es un emblema del modernismo de los años 20 en NY. Además, si vas con poco tiempo por la mañana, puedes agarrar un café del starbucks que hay en el lobby y empezar rápido el día.

Sabíamos que era un edificio del 1927, pero estaría bien una reforma en ciertas partes y materiales para ofrecer mayor calidad. El único factor negativo es que entraba bastante aire por la ventana. A pesar de tenerla cerrada, se notaba corriente de aire. Aún así, nos las arreglamos para "tapar la junta" con una toalla xD. Aunque gracias a esa "solución rápida" y el aire acondicionado, no pasamos frío. (Era finales de enero) De no ser por este motivo le habría dado un 9 o 10 ya que nos costó 98€/noche (+tax).

Not coming back

Not good hotel but good for price you all seem fancy until you actually get to room. It was clean but rust on Mirrors, unknown stains on shower curtains, pealing wall paper. your not fancy I have stayed in better hotels for less. But you have a perfect location. I'm definitely not coming back to NYC tho. Bad smells all around. Not in hotel tho. Also my friends property disappeared( probably stolen) from your room. Over all your hotel is cheap.

I upgraded but didn’t get the room that was promised - was told I could get a late check out - then a second attendant said that wasn’t possible Wanted to stay an extra day but staff did not make it accessible to us - we had to move to another hotel

Great stay overall with a few minor issues

Great location walking distance to times square and outside Penn Station. Old style New York decor, beautiful reception area. Great value for money when we went. Cheap for New York. Friendly and helpful staff.

Can hear everything in the corridor. Lots broken in the room. Room extremely small but this was expected.

Super Lage. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr nette Reinigungskräfte. Saubere Zimmer.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Kleine Zimmer und kleines Bad. Die Toilette war sehr niedrig. Keine Minibar. Nur ein Eisautomat auf einem anderen Stockwerk.

Nice, comfortable and quiet room right in the middle of New York at reasonable price!

I always look for same basic things: comfort, quiet, close to place I want to visit, etc. This location was perfect fit for me. Nice clean room to get full night of restful sleep and 5 min walk from where I had to be in the morning. View from the room was a very nice bonus!

Really good in the end; excellent location, great service and the room I ended up in was lovely.

The room I was upgraded to was very nice, with a bathroom window and excellent views of the city, as I expected from the booking. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly, with quick elevators, and the location was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and helpful after I reported a problem with the cold water not working in my bathroom faucet, and upgraded me to a better room with a fully-functioning faucet right away.

The room I initially paid for was a bit disappointing. I had paid for a room with a view over the city (as that was what was advertised) and the view was basically of neighboring building walls with no elevation, through a small window. The paint was peeling in some places, the bathroom was basic and also had some peeling spots in the tub. Quite dated room which needed a bit of attention, overall.

Dank der super Lage kommt man überall suoer hin und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Frau an der Rezeption hat sich sehr darum bemüht uns ein Zimmer in einer höhergelegenen Etage mit Ausblick zu organisieren und auch für NY Verhältnisse super gross war. das hat was gedauert und wegen der Wartezeit haben wir Gutscheine für das Frühstück bekommen. Das alles obwohl wir nicht danach gefragt haben. Natürlich ist auch die Lage sensationell.

Wie so überall in NY ist es eher hellhörig und man hört auch in der 30 Etage die Geräusche von draussen. War aber nicht so tragisch, da wir abends so müde waren, dass wir es kaum mitbekommen haben.

Vista da film ma hotel da rinnovare

Posizione e vista dalla camera. Abbiamo scelto la camera con vista e appena arrivati specificato che volevamo vista Empire State Building e piano alto

La struttura è decadente, la moquette in camera polverosa, la tappezzeria sporca e da cambiare, manca del tutto di sistema elettrico moderno. Il bagno rotto e vecchio. Comodo alla metropolitana ma davanti all’hotel c’è un disagio totale, barboni e tossici a tutte le ore

C’est l’hôtel parfait pour notre premier séjour à New York tellement typique tellement beau. Tellement New York notre chambre était belle avec une superbe vue. Les enfants étaient très content ma femme et moi aussi nous recommandons. Cette hôtel a tous notre courage.

Location, crazies everywhere suffering psychosis. dirty / smelly / drug affected and homeless. Family's stay away. This part of NYC is a cess pool. i have been to NYC approx 15 times, i won't be back.

Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones me gustaron, las camas muy cómodas. El personal de recepción atento a las necesidades, algunos hablaban español. Aunque es un hotel antiguas, está muy bien tenido. El quedar frente a la estacion pennstation hace que sea inmejorable la ubicación. Súper recomendado
