Nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly.
I paid $210 for parking. I only stayed one night. That was the only downfall. Due to the cost of parking I won't stay there again. Room service was costly. I don't mind paying top dollar for top dollar food. However, the food was basic. $44 for an order of chicken wings.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were so friendly! We will be back!

Most staff were awesome! We loved the art and the other decorations. Breakfast was ok, the billing was a little confusing. The hotel was very clean and organized well.
We didn't like that we had a do not disturb sign on the door and still got disturbed. It would have been nice to be told ahead of time that maintenance would come in to check the Internet. The air conditioner was to loud.

Staff excellent and friendly.
No business center. No restaurant only limited food service in the bar. Hotel seemed old. Beds were really low to the ground. Requested accessible room and the tub still had very high walls to step into. Very challenging.
No gift shop for variety of snacks. No pool.

Great hotel!
Only complaint was we could hear someone directly above us and that was distracting and kind of noisy.

The view!
The windows were very dirty on the outside. Ruined the fantastic view. The strong smell of weed that came into my room every night. I reported these things to staff and the weed smell vanished the next night.

It was perfectly located and within walking distance of the Atlanta Symphony hall where we had plans. We were also perfectly located for tons of great food options!

Clean rooms, well decorated. Good location
Rude staff, except one. Couldn’t get near the front of the hotel due to valet issues, always lots of cars queuing and waiting out the front. DJ of an evening meant the lobby was very noisy, fine up in the rooms. Dj not our thing but would be others.

I wish I could give this experience 0 stars. I am a HH member and have stayed at plenty of hotels both state side and internationally. This stay really had me considering doing away with my membership. Myself and my spouse had a one night stay booked at this location. We called prior to coming(as we always do), to find out about all the fees we would have to pay including parking. We were told that parking would be about $70 per night; we thought this was outrageous, but given that we already had the night booked, we were prepared to pay this. There were no instructions given for parking so once we arrived at the hotel, there was a big old “P” sign for a parking garage directly next to, and kind of under the hotel. We went to the park and garage assuming that this was the parking that we were paying $70 overnight for. We parked and went to check in. Upon checking in we still asked about parking again and let the front know that we took a ticket for the parking. At no point during this conversation where we told that we were parking in the wrong place and needed to go to the valet for this $70 parting. Once we got to our room and got settled we needed to make a run to the store. When trying to leave the parking garage, we used our room key assuming this is how the $70 would be paid but it did not work. We had to back up and go back to the lobby. When speaking to the associate at the front desk, we were informed at this time that that parking garage has nothing to do with the hotel and we should have used the valet for the $70 overnight parking. I informed the female at the front desk that we let the person we were checking and know where we parked and at no point did they mention this when we were asking them questions about parking? I asked her what do we do now she told us we have to pay to get out of that garage and then use the valet. I told her the short amount of time that we went upstairs, It’s charging us $30 just to leave. She smirked at us and said she cant

Staff was very courteous! Location for the Atlanta Symphony Hall. Beautiful view and I was only on the 7th floor.
Stayed Saturday the 17 th February. We stayed out all day in Atlanta, aquarium, eating touring downtown. Got back to the hotel about 10 ,tried to go Straight to bed and the music in the lounge was so loud I could hear it on the 7th floor. Finally got too sleep and had Room service banging on and opening my door at 9 am.
Street racing all hours of the night kept me up (motorcycle or something).
The Half door Shower is a Huge NO No. your hot in the front and cold in the back.

I really liked the location
Mostly everything was great. Just had a couple of cosmetic things in the bathroom to fix up/touch up

Looked nice
Not comfortable. Pillows were hard. Light by the bed was broken. Vent was broken and made noise. Shower didn’t spray a lot and adjustments sucked. It was either freezing cold or boiling hot. No door for shower and it made it cold.

The hotel was gorgeous. The perfect aesthetic. It had a door that led to an incredibly chic food hall.

The lobby and actual hotel was beautiful. The staff was absolutely wonderful.
the room could’ve used a little more tlc, the towels we had looked used, and there were crumbs on the floor. other than that it was good.

The property was beautiful, great view of the city, very clean, and the facility had much to offer from the gym, spa, DJ and drinks, food court, and meals for an additional cost.
The valet was overpriced at $75 a night. The location was good but not great because it was a far from walk from the nicer food spots.

Beautiful hotel with plenty lounging space, beautiful decor and art, great view. Looks exactly as pictured. staff were amazing and checked on me throughout stay. Had a DJ saturday night which elevated our entire stay experience.
nonadjustable overhead/rainfall shower. not great if not trying to wet hair

Decor.
The room was right next to the elevator so you can hear the elevator moving all might. I could also hear the TV from the room next door. My blanket had a stain on it.
