The property was located near the gym I workout at.
The customer service was terrible. The front desk attendants were all so rude and not helpful. We felt as if we weren’t guests at the hotel. The water was shut off during part of our stay and we had to take an Uber to my sisters to shower. People were coming into the room before knocking and saw us naked. It was awful.

The cleanness of the bedroom and restroom was very nice.
The TV channels were really disappointing. The cheapest cable subscription, I’m embarrassed for you. Below any high end hotel’s I’ve ever stayed at. You need to rethink your budget for Room Entertainment. This cheapens your value. When people come back to their room after a busy & stressful day, they ant to shower, and turn the TV on, find something that helps you relax, but your hotel has a
sub- standard TV menu, it really pisses you off!
The terrible TV offering in my room. A cheap, the bare minimum cable choices! Come on!

No warning that there was loud construction going on. They tried moving us to a few different rooms, but the sound persisted. We ended up leaving within 2 hours of checking in. Overall, they should have warned us that this work was going on. We had to improvise and find a different hotel at the last minute. In the end, we ended up staying at a Hilton in gaslamp which was a bit cheaper and much nicer.

Room was dirty when I showed up, location is not as described on website, there was no “city view” from my room having to pay 60 a night for parking is ridiculous. Over priced for the quality of the rooms and hotel
5.0
Nice location with plenty to do around the hotel so you don't have to deal with all the cons.
Thin walls, like hearing someone puking for hours then having the neighbor's kids wake you up at 7:30 in the morning from screaming so loud, rooftop bar served me one of the flattest beers I've had since college, chromecast unusable with mobile somehow and the wifi was trash.

Location & soft bedding. Harmony on the front desk was friendly and courteous.
Housekeeping, cleaning standards are just written and not reality for this hotel.
Outside noise levels obstructed sleep.
Gloria on front desk appears to require some customer communication training

Property and location are excellent. They hire staff who are super friendly.
It’s an amenity hotel and having to put coffee and water on the bill just to have them take it off feels really cheap.

No parking, only $60 valet. Bathroom sink was broken when we arrived.

clean towels in bathroom. walking distance of ball park and restaurants
dusty furniture and floors. lots of extra fees that you’re not made aware of till checking in and handing over a credit card. rooftop bar had dried throw up in one of the couches. furniture in lobby needs to be replaced. blocks and blocks of homeless tents right down the street.

The staff at outstanding! From the front desk to the bartender. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
I couldn’t help but notice that the room needed a fresh coat of paint. And it would have been nice to know that construction was going on outside of my window.

they charge extra fees that are not in the price but are mandatory. if you stay a long time, it could increase the cost by hundreds of dollars.

Not much. Initially it seemed like an OK hotel. Clean, downtown. I didn't have a pet but pet friendly. I wasn't able to try the dining or rooftop bar as they were both closed. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice.
No self parking that seemed safe so I had to valet. Lots of homeless in area. I arrived at 2:30 after driving all day. When I asked for an early check in the front desk person said no without even checking. Totally rude. 20 minutes later when she went on break I asked the new person and there was a room ready. I was sitting right by the front desk waiting. I went to bed at 11:00 and then construction started next door. In the middle of the night. You could hear drilling foot steps etc. They were trying to be stealth but its very apparent they are working next door because at 7:00 am it started full force. I opened my drapes and it is literally 5 feet from my room. I called the front desk twice that night and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. It was so obvious. When I told them I was checking out they refused to help me with a refund and actually hung up on the bookin.com person who then helped me. It was so crazy. Like they had all just decided to pretend they weren't building an entire building next door. Also rooftop bar not open but no mention of this.
