Great stay. Very cool amenities & overall relaxed aura.
Ray at the front desk went above and beyond & carried a great spirit that would make anyone feel welcomed. Anyone that gets to encounter him upon arrival is destined to have a perfect stay.
Everything was great.
However, the WiFi never worked with the correct room number and last name. This type of inconvenience does make a difference but luckily working online wasn’t priority on this stay.

Breakfast was delicious and the waitresses both morning were super friendly and so accommodating. The grounds were beautiful!
The adult pool needed to be cleaned. The water was murky, which could have been from the rain, but water had oil slick on top. It was refreshing, but I was hesitant to jump in.

Location, nice grounds for walking after a long car ride.
The pool water was dirty. So surprised for a Marriott. Couldn’t get into the gym. Maybe it’s only for Marriott members?

Loved the breakfast!! Very nice location in restaurant and when we received room service!! The food was delicious and plenty of choices! It was our anniversary and they treated us with an awesome surprise! Thank you!
The waffles were missing a little something, as they were a little dry, though it could’ve just been the ones we ordered.
There’s no fan in the restroom in the rooms, I walked by a few doors while headed to our room and smelled poop. That’s when I realized the are we stayed had the bathrooms near the door. Not appealing LOL but everything else was fantastic!

The property and our room were exceptionally clean.
After we checked in and walked to our room we realized we had not been given the room we booked. we booked a king room with a sleeper sofa. We purposefully booked this room due to the fact my husband has to sleep separately due to health reasons. We immediately went back to the front desk to let them know about the fact we were given the wrong room. The gentleman asked to see our room description from our reservation confirmation. I showed him and he agreed that there was definitely supposed to be a sleeper sofa in our room. However he informed us that the king rooms do not have sofas in their hotel. He blamed it on an inaccurate website description. He asked me to contact Booking.com and have them contact the hotel. I followed his instructions and called. After being on hold outside the hotel ( no cell phone service anywhere inside the hotel) for almost 39 minutes I was informed that the hotel manager needed us to prove our description on our reservation as they needed proof. I went back in and spoke directly to the manager who was talking with the booking.com rep. She said the room i booked didn’t exist. The only rooms they had with sofas were the Jr. Suites. However they already had guests in them and there was nothing she could do. She gave us a voucher for free breakfast as her way of dismissing me. Also during checkin other guests were given perks and invited to spa etc. We were not offered a thing. I suppose if you use Booking. com you are excluded from those things. We also waited over 45 minutes for cappuccino at breakfast and then we’re charged for them. We gave the server our voucher for breakfast but apparently the coffees are not included. In total our family had 4 rooms booked that evening as we were their for our grandson’s senior banquet and graduation the next day. We didn’t mind paying almost $400 for one night if we receive what we booked.

The whole experience from when I arrived to the day of my checkout. The indoor/outdoor pools and Jacuzzis are awesome. The over all atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
That I had to leave. It was such a great experience for me and my partner that we will have to come back again.

not worth the money. Even if you are a golfer and going there for the golf, not worth it.

Breakfast was amazing.
Dinner at the splash bar was ordered but never arrived. I think it was just a mix up of waitress being too busy to check on food. She was making drinks non stop.
Slept terrible. Not because the room or beds were uncomfortable. There was a party going on across the street. Pretty sure until 5am.
