Worst hotel ever.

I liked the beds.

The atmosphere of the place. A man told my husband that he pretty was a pimp selling sex in some of the rooms. There was people who were on drugs. I will never go back there. And they had bugs.

I arrived late and my reservation was still there. Front Desk Clerk attempted to contact me to ensure I was okay and still enroute to Florida.

Due to a Medical Emergency I had to check out one day earlier than plan. I advised the Front Desk Clerk on Sunday that I had to leave to get back to my Medical Doctor. She stated that she will talk with her Supervisor on Monday (7-31-2023). To address the Issue of concern and contact me as well. That did not happen. I was charge on 7-27-2023 $205.78 and 7-29-2023 - $332.46. Total Charge from my $538.24. I was charge prior to checking in and prior to checking out. I will never reside at that Hotel because of the people living upstairs were making a lot of noise stomping early in the morning. I voiced my concerns with the Front Desk Clerk, the issue was not resolved. I feel that I was overcharge because I didn't stay for whole 4 days and 3 night. I requested for a hotel with Breakfast but that didn't happen Which caused me to spend more money on food. Thanks in advance for your assistance on this matter.

It was the worst $200 we have ever spent to stay in a hotel

Nothing at all. It was a disgrace

It has leaking water from the sink and the floor was buckled and wet. Had to put a towel down on the floor so we didn’t have to stand on the wet floor. It smelled awful. And the desk employees were rude and I felt like they were doing us a favor to stay there.

Over all I really enjoy it.

I like the location. It's a little quieter then in the middle of everything. Staff was good. Room was good. I'll come back when they start serving breakfast again

They didn't serve breakfast. That's a big no no for me. I dont wake up. Till I had a coffee and breakfast. And I dont want to have to go down the street to wake up. I want to do it on site.

Did not stay in this disgusting place

Beds, pillows stained with who knows what. Stayed 37 minutes. Fighting with management for refund. Room was was disgusting. Went next door and stayed at Comfort Inn. Days Inn known for prostitutes and drug use. I would disassociate yourself from this place. If money isn’t refunded I will be taking pictures and video of room to the local BBB and Wyndham corporation.

I would stay there again in a non-smoking room.

It was under 10 minutes to Emerald Coast and places to eat. We arrived early and they only had a smoking room available, which I wouldn't do again, but our non-smoking room was very clean and comfortable. Since we don't plan on spending a lot of time in a hotel room, the cost for us was reasonable.

The smoking room wasn't as clean as the non-smoking room.

My stay sucked

They didn’t have breakfast

The coffee maker didn’t work the hair dryer didn’t work there was razor blades stuck in the head board of the bed. I will never stay there again I think I need half my money back.

Not good

I asked for non smoking room it had been smoked in I could smell weed smoke ,bathtub had no plug,so could not use it. Burnt holes in blanket on bed this place is a dump

Passable

Easy check in at 4 in the morning. The room itself was ok ... bed and pillows were comfortable enough. Air worked great!!!

The tv and refrigerator did not work the first 2 nights. We were only there for an extended weekend so only had one night that everything worked. They did not discount the room or do anything to make it right!!! Told me to email the manager when they should've been the one calling him and taking care of us!!!

We have been to worse but also better places. We do go to that area 2 times a year and probably won’t stay at that parti

location was convenient for our vacation.

Motel was in ruff shape compared to some of your other properties we have stayed in.Seem like I ran into a lot of homeless people hanging around the parking lot at night time and swimming pool area.Their washer and dryer are underneath their back steps outside in the dark.The washer worked the dryer just took your money but didn’t work.We ask that our room not be cleaned while we were there but that we needed to exchange our towels and was told we couldn’t do that unless we let them clean our room.

It was close to everything

The rooms floors was dirty,tub hair bed sheets hair microwave didn't work I asked house keeper to do my room she didn't even clean it put 1 face towel,3 big towels and 2 hand towels I had four rooms and all the rooms was bad couldn't talk to management front desk was rude and they had all kinda booms hanging around all day and night it was pitiful we had drove 6hrs and 45 minutes we was tired and my husband is in a wheelchair no elevator for handicaps

Disappointing

No breakfast. The room floor wasn't clean. We stay 9 nights and two of days didn't receive fresh towels.

Not much. The amount of money you pay is not worth the stay.

Everything is old and broken. 2 towels for the family. They never picked up trash. Always noisy outside. Honestly spend the extra $50 to $100 a night to stay somewhere nice.

The room was FILTHY! Stains on sheets and pillows, floor was very dusty, a greasy thumb print was on the nightstand and a RAT ran through the room.

The front desk girl was amazing. She was very nice at check in

The fact that the towels looked dirty and just folded and reused. I didn't even bother trying to use one. The fact that the window was busted out in the room and covered up with tape
