We would stay here again in spite of the train - just remember to bring ear plugs.

Very convenient to marina, in the old town so close to everything. Great walking town and shops.

Great location

The location is terrific, as you are in the historic district and can walk to shops and restaurants. A good breakfast with a mix of hot and cold food, including a fresh fruit salad! It met all our expectations for staying at a Hampton Inn.

The lighting is poor, especially if you like to read.

Not enough parking. One of my rooms was not ready even though I got there 30 minutes after check in time. The man at the desk was rushed with no help and acted like he really didn’t care if we got into our second room any time soon. We had an event to be at by 7pm and had 8 people trying to get showers and get ready in one room because we couldn’t get checked into out second room. Finally got our other room about 2 hours after 4pm check in time and not even an apology from the staff

Hotel was quaint and cozy; interior decor was lovely

Our room was closest to the railroad tracks and every time the train came by, twice a day, our entire room shook 😔

Fun but very disappointing. Will probably find a different location next year unless this is addressed.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was a win!

No pool in the Summer. We picked this location based on how much my kids loved this pool last year. We were not notified the pool was out of service until check in. I feel the need to pursue a discount for our stay. One of the main amenities for our stay was not available with 0 notice.

Location ( although proximity of the railway might have been a problem had we been trying to sleep later that 8am.)

Breakfast was of poor quality compared to the standard of rest of the property 😩. Cardboard plates, plastic cutlery - all waste into one bag - no recycling of note.

2 different senior staff at the desk were not very friendly and incorrect when it came to questions about my bill. A new person was left at the desk alone. Totally untrained.

Will definitely stay there again!

The room was comfortable, the breakfast as delicious, and the location is within walking distance of all of downtown. Can't wait to come stay again.

The view from our room wasn't great. Our room overlooked the empty swimming pool.

It’s all about location and value for money. Room was very clean and beds very comfy

The noise from the restaurant over the road. The fact the window didn’t open. Made me feel claustrophobic

For our wedding anniversary I was the perfect spot

very clean modern well looked after, very helpful & friendly staff. perfect location between the marina & the historic old town. the breakfast was excellent a very wide variety of choices. in the lobby there was hot coffee available at all times & every evening there was hot chocolate in the cafeteria. ample parking & well maintained
