It was on the way of where we were heading. Somewhere to rest for the night.
Paint in rooms was sloppy, outlets were all dinghy, toilet seat was very loose, room smelled weird, the list could go on and on. No hand soap, only face soap.. and they only had face soap at front desk, where the lady working was clearly very new with no help.

Location
Food served at breakfast was cold and unappealing.

Brooke at the front desk was AMAZING!She helped us get another suite because they one we booked the t.v. did not work so as it turned out if let a bag in first room and she was so willing to help me retrieve it even though she was super busy. She is an asset! Breakfast was great and they beds had plenty of pillows.
My original room the t.v. was broken so we had to pick and move. A little expensive for the accommodations,I.e....furniture outdated and very worn, bathroom had water damage to floor. They are remodeling so I expect this too be the place to stay soon! Overall, beds were great and room was quiet!
1.0
location and price that I was quoted for an upgrade
renovations everywhere, rude front desk clerk especially the one that was sitting out on the couch on her phone with her legs up. She was very rude. She came in on the later shift. They changed my room and it wasn’t an upgrade and I paid more. It was hair everywhere in the bathroom.

Did not stay for breakfast
The outside was unkempt and the lobby had worn furniture. Attempted to use the elevator and the doors would close. My room on the first floor was next to the outside door, it slammed loudly each time someone used it. The door to my room was propped open when I went there. The floor was sticky and the bathroom was not clean. The fan was visibly dirty and the remote for the television had food between the buttons.

It was better than most in a lot of aspects. The breakfast was better at any hotel that I can remember. The kids loved the waffle topping choices. They got full. My daughter didn't eat anything almost the whole golf tournament. This almost never happen. I loved it. I will stay there if we have to come back for a golf tournament.
Not enough to mention.

1. in our room there was a bit of standing water in the tub with done dead gnats
2. no remote control for tv, and the tv would not turn on manually
3. the security lights in the parking lot did not stay on overnight
4. the clerk at the desk - while polite and pleasant - said she couldn’t do anything about our concerns because we had booked thru a 3rd party

check in and checkout we’re seamless
front desk (evening and morning) were very friendly and polite.

Love the staff and the breakfast. The room was spacious. In a pretty good area.
The room was spacious but as soon as we walked in it smelled like a pack of cigarettes. It didn't have anything on the booking about any smoking room. Didn't really enjoy having to endure that smell but we've been up for more than 16hrs so we were too tired to go through the hassle of getting another room. All and all if I can get a room that doesn't smell like smoke I'll go back.

Friendly staff
No Splenda for coffee, oatmeal appeared
to have green mold in it. It was removed after we pointed it out to the staff. No ironing board or TV channel guide in the room.

The hotel location is convenient to most other activities.
When we got into our room, there was sheetrock dirt and trash in the bathroom sink. The elevators had the yellow construction pad hanging everywhere. It was just a mess.

Good location for our road trip, nice and clean room
Front desk and Breakfast staff ignoring us when we had some complaints. At 7 am for breakfast there were no flat plates available so we asked front desk and she ignored us. The lady at breakfast station was rude and ignored us too. there was no coffee at breakfast and we had to wait for 15 minutes. Plates arrived after 15 minutes. bad kitchen management as they should have noticed the lack of plates the night before and they should have had a spare coffee dispenser ready for customers.

The location. Alot of amenities close by.
The hotel is under a remodel which it needs, only 1 elevator and didn't work very well. The a/c worked on motion, so while you were sleeping the room became extremely hot. Woke up sweating.

oatmeal
willingness of staff to try to accommodate our request for additional chairs so that we could play cards with our grandsons, but discomfort of couch shortened that activity.
plastic fork was not sturdy enough to cut an OMELET!
occupancy of the hotel overall did not appear to be over 50% yet we had guests above us that I believe got into their room after midnight and were up showering at 6AM. I don't know if there is a computer algorithm dictating what rooms should be checked into in what order, but it certainly seems like a restaurant style distribution of patrons into facilities to be used could be improved upon by an industry leader like Hilton
