El sanitario estaba sucio y para el precio de la habitación es muy caro

Everything would have been beautiful for our posse, me and my roommates. It never got put into motion.
Judgmental and unwilling to make any exception.

Room was very spacious
Room was not available at 4pm for check-in. There was a delay of two hours due to the room not being clean. Staff was very nice about the delay and provided a credit but it was very strange - I’ve never had such a significant delay.

I stayed in a suite for two nights paying $2K, I stayed on lessor expensive rooms and had a better experience. I honestly can’t put my finger on it but it was not a wow feeling. The room was dark, not a lot of natural light. There was a stale smell to the room, although it was clean. I really feel I paid too much for the room and would appreciate a discount of 15%. The hotel had low occupancy, I should have got a better room at a better rate. I would love to get a response to my request. Thank you. Steve Bowdry
The darkness of the room, lack of natural light.

The rooms were nice, the bed was very comfortable and the toiletries smelled really nice. The bathrobes were soft too. The furniture in our suite was very classy, well appointed.
I ended up in the emergency room with a terrible case of food poisoning and the only place I had eaten was at the hotel. Even after the staff was aware of all that I had been through, I had to ask to not be charged for the meal that made me sick. I am a business owner myself and had I done anything that landed an individual in the ER, the very least I would have done was cover everything, including the ER bill. I take very few vacation days and it was completely ruined. The best part was that the rooms were really nice, including the bathroom, which was fortunate since I spent most of 24 hours there🙃. I wasn’t even going to write this review….and then opened the ER bill today. That was a horrible & horribly expensive weekend, and the stay at the Ritz was the least of the costs! I’d have paid double to not have to go through that illness 🤢 . Oh, and I couldn’t even watch regular TV or a movie because it was down throughout the entire hotel. So deathly sick a full day and then trying to recover the next day & couldn’t even distract myself with a movie!

From the moment we arrived the staff was very attentive. We stayed for 5 nights. I never had to open a door when arriving or departing the hotel. Valet was prompt, helpful knowledgeable about the area. Housekeeping was very accommodating. Room Service -Sarah was exceptional and anticipated our needs. Beds were comfortable, and in room amenities were thoughtful and helpful and came in handy more than once. I visited the spa for a massage. Service was excellent and my massage therapist — Tracey was professional and made my experience very relaxing. I just can’t say enough about how nice the staff was.
There was really nothing that we didn’t like. I do have a few suggestions.
1. It would be nice to have two chairs in the room instead of one. In room dining was awkward with only one chair.
2. The elevator doors shut very quickly. I was smashed a couple times because I wasn’t quick enough after people exited the elevator.
3. Some brighter lighting in the bathroom. Since I am of a graduated age it was a bit difficult to get ready in Front of the vanity

Super comfortable, with great staff, as you would expect from this brand.
it became a bit crowded due to a nearby conference, so space at dinning was difficult.
