Great bang for our buck in this spacious suite. Looking forward to staying here again!

I liked the comfy bed, spacious room, and cute kitchenette. I don't think we used the little stove, but it was nice to have available. Full-sized fridge was a plus! Oh and I loved having a desk. Overall, the suite had everything we needed.

The facility was a little old and could use some TLC. With that said, I think the staff did a great job keeping the place clean and tidy. Hopefully, Sonesta does a renovation at some point to update the rooms.

It was a good price but terrible hotel.

The staff we encountered were very nice.

Breakfast was gross cold sandwiches. The elevator was missing the emergency phone. The hotel looked run down. Lots of water damage. There was no lighter for the grill. The pots and pans in the room were gross. There was no wipes in the gym. The policy where I have to sign out the gym card is ridiculous. Stayed for 5 days and received no housekeeping.

Exceded Expectations

This faciity was very clean and the staff was super nice. The breakfast was better than expected on a typical continental breakfast. The room was clean and just as pictured.

The only things that needed upgraded were the bed mattress and the shower pressure. We like a firm matterss but this mattress was super thin.

They CANCEL RESERVATIONS Without Notice

Property manager canceled our reservation but did not reach out to me directly. I arrived after a 6hr drive to find that I had no hotel room. Then it sold out of rooms and could not give me a new reservation. My room was paid for in advance through Booking.com. They pretended that no harm had been done since they refunded me, but we were left looking for a room in another city the day of a concert that was set to start in 4hrs. That is poor hotel management and poor performance from Booking.com.

Worst Stay Ever!

The location was great. Close to stores and food places. Light traffic. The front desk staff was nice.

First off, didn't like the fact that the only entrance to the front desk is to drive or walk around to the outside. The room was old and outdated, Couch old and rundown felt like we was sitting in a hole. The room obviously hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The carpet was full of stains and the walls were dirty. The tubs had rings residue of dirt and hair and it was slow at draining. The stove didn't work. TV's only had 7 channels! Found critters/bugs on pillows. The Kitchen wasn't stocked with any necessities! We wasn't about to eat breakfast there! Quiet time policy was a joke! Could hear people outside near pool being loud and noisy!. Not worth the cost for this place! This was my worst hotel experience ever! Won't be back!

Hotel had great location and a friendly staff what more could you ask for.

Everything was wonderful, one of my best hotel stays. Keep up the great job.

Only thing that i could think of would be to have more towels per room.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in on my travels and I'm in hotels 10 months out of the year. The rooms are like a mini apartment, clean, comfortable, staff was excellent, prices was good. I will be coming back here every year i come to Birmingham

There was nothing i didn't like other than being able to see the extended stay next door

EVERYTHING.GREAT LOCATION,VERY CLEAN.STAFF AT FRONT DESK WAS VERY PATIENT AN KIND.WITH MY CHECK.IN.THE SUITE WAS VERY CLEAN AN COMFORTABLE AND THE BREAKFAST WAS TOP NOTCH..MOST DEFINITLY WILL COMEBACK AN USE THE SONESTA SUITES IN MY TRAVELS.

Professional staff

Room smelled of mold and carpet was very musty. Cleanliness was not very good and toilet did not work.
