Location was great.

Floor was squishy. Thin walls.

The breakfast was alright, wish there was muffins instead of hard boiled eggs and the yogurt was very good and coffee was pretty good as well

We chose this hotel because, on a busy summer weekend in Bend, there is little choice in our price range. It was okay for a night. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person. Some tile work had been done in the sink and shower areas to update the room. The room was clean. It had a quiet fridge and a microwave. The hotel had a pop machine and ice machine. We didn't hear any street noise. FYI, breakfast included coffee, package juice "drinks" (not juice), boiled eggs, sweet yogurt, cakelike muffins, sweet breakfast bars (like granola bars), cold cereal, bananas. (We expected this and took our own breakfast items.)

I wanted to take a bath so I could avoid getting my hair wet, but the shower diverter didn't work. There was no stopper in the sink so it had an "unclean look." The mattress was "bouncy." Any time my restless partner turned over, I could feel it. The A/C units are very noisy. We tried adjusting ours from 62 deg (where it was set when we arrived) to 76 or 78 deg, but it reverted to the lower setting which is too cold for us. We turned ours off but could hear our neighbor's unit. The price we paid seemed high for this type of motel, but everything in Bend is very expensive in the middle of summer.

Good clean bed, good place to stay for one night!

The room had an unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in. It may have been coming from the door mat.

The gentleman running the front desk was delightful and insightful. He deserves a raise and a month long paid vacation. I believe his name was Kevin, but I’m not completely sure. I give myself 3/10 for not remembering his name. Thank you for being kind, Kevin.
