Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a lot of space. The hotel is next to a highway but I didn’t hear much through the night.

I wish it was just slightly more updated in the bathroom.

our bathroom sink was broke and there was a couple hairs in the tub . really dont think it effected my stay thought. we enjoyed it !

Everything is always good at this hotel. The breakfast host was amazing. Went out of his way to help people and was super polite. His name was something like Moses? Someone should give him a bonus.

The hotel didn't give me anything to complain about. My husband did get on my nerves a little and skip the great breakfast service. His loss I guess. Looks like we will have to come back so he gets the full experience.

The rooms are very nice and spacious, comparably priced. The place was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Good location. The breakfast staff was friendly and breakfast was hot and good.

Only had stairs/ no elevator to 2nd floor.

Room was a little dated, but comfortable, roomy and clean; check in went smoothly as well

The pool had an oily shein, and the jet tub was disgusting. I'm happy we didn't get in it.

It had a covered patio and gazebo. The outside had curb appeal. Easy access on and off the highway. The room was clean and had new furniture. The bed was a little lumpy for me.

The overhead shelf was a little low and close to the sink. I bumped my head.

There was pee stains on the sheets (where I had to pull off the covers to see it, like it was being hidden that you do not change sheets). Dead bugs everywhere, mold in the bath tub, Fleas jumping on my legs. Dirty dirty dirty bathroom, walls, doors. Just absolutely disgusting. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, we were told we were SOL and there was no staff to clean. Then they said there no other rooms. We then called 16 different hotels all the way to Rogers AR, to find a hotel with a room… I’m still so upset. We were refunded (well not yet lol.. 3-5 business days). I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible.

the pool was cool but my son loved it, there were a few hairs in the tube but i have been a housekeeper it is hard to get all the hair or it could have came from the housekeeper so it was not a deal breaker

I loved the cleanliness, the room was nice size, and the food was good

I didn’t like that the pool closed at 10 it should stay open till at least 11 or midnight for families that get in later to check in

The room was not very well cleaned. It was also a little cramped for two. Different from what pictures dictated on the websites.
