Amazing location, beautiful space for a couple's getaway
The location was fantastic, about a 5-7 minute walk with luggage from the ferry, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Very clean space, the rooms were on the smaller side but standard for Nantucket. There were two flights of stairs to get up to our room which I wasn't expecting, but we did not mind and had a nice view of the water. Just something to keep in mind for folks that are not quite as agile. Dyson hair dryers, and the soap/lotions in our room were a lovely touch, and the towels were super soft.
I do wish there were umbrellas available for our use as it was downpouring rain one of the days we stayed, other than that, everything was really wonderful-highly recommend.

Overall good trip and the staff was incredibly friendly
We really liked the location, it was super close to great restaurants and the Cisco Brewery shuttle stop. The room was very clean and had nice touches like a toothbrush/razor in case you forgot something. Breakfast was nice and the yogurt bowls, overnight oats, and pastries were fantastic.
Just because of the unseasonably hot weather our 3rd floor room was very warm, no a/c or fan to move the air around. Even with the windows wide open it was tough. BUT it was extremely hot for November so I'm sure that is not the usual. Only other thing was at breakfast the hardboiled eggs were a little off. Like they were soft on the outside but cooked through, not sure if that means they were on their way out but it was pretty weird.

Amazing!! Would definitely come back!
The location was amazing! Located right in the middle of town!! The property was extremely clean and so were the rooms:
The rooms were definitely small but enough room for my Fiancé and I. The website lists how small the rooms are so we were prepared. We didn’t stay in the room much during our stay and the location was more important to us. Everything was also extremely clean until the room.

Enjoyed being in the heart of Nantucket - but watch the room size!
The people are amaizing at Hotel Pippa. The staff was friendly, informative, helpful beyond the call of duty and always willing to help with anything we asked for or needed. The location is pretty much perfect. You are in the heart of everyting but just off the main drags enough not to have difficutly with noise, etc. The continental breakfast was good to have! Food provided was great.
Room was WAY too small, especially for the price we paid after labor day. For two people staying 5 days/4 nights who are fairly active and have some stuff (cooler, sports clothes, laptops etc.) there was literally nowhere to put our luggage/stuff. We had to use our car (thankfully we brought one) as a storage facility. If you are active and/or tend to pack on the heavy side, make sure you double and triple check the size of the room. Some of it is on me for not doing that, but I never thought petite would mean it would be difficult for two people to share the room.....and by the way, we are not above average in stature. I am 5'10" 195 and my wife is 4'11". If you work from your room, there is no way to do it comfortably. Again, the people at Hotel Pippa are amazing and location can't be beat. If you travel light, won't be trying to work on your computer and super cozy is your thing. .... you'll make it through the night. On a serious note - coming from an expert on the subject - if you are at all claustrophobic, do not rent the "petite" room, I struggled the first night. Its a third floor room with very low ceilings, bathroom fits one person without room to spare, bed is tight between two walls, there is only one small window (other has AC unit in it) and if the total walkable floor space is more than 10 sqaure feet, I'd be surprised. (after accounting for the bed, chair, table and angled ceiling)
