Location was great. The breakfast was exceptional,could’ve had more items. I like the double doors between joined rooms. They had Otis Spunkmier cookies but they were never any up there when we tried to get them. Other than that I would recommend for cleanliness,location,& amenities in the room. We had a fridge and microwave and they weren’t even suites!
Fitness room needs attention so does the pool. Housekeeping made beds but didn’t bring more towels during our stay.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. I found the Hotel to be clean, the breakfast was really good. The kids had fun in the pool.
I thought the bed was a little uncomfortable.

It was close to the airport and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very limited selection of food and drinks in the store. Not even bottled water. No restaurants close to the hotel, (I had no car). Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Like laying on a bag of cotton.

The staff was phenomenal, so kind, so courteous. It’s really easy to get grumpy/cranky when working the graveyard shift but everyone was so nice.

Convenient to the Airport, Clean.
Room was outdated. Air conditioner made a terrible racket most of the night. Half of the charging outlets didn’t work.

Location and cleanliness.
The humidity in our room was so high that when we unpacked our bags back in Houston our clothes still felt damp. The A/C was not removing the moisture in the room even at a set point of 68F.

Faculty was older. Rust in the bath room racks. Mattress on the pullout couch was dirty and stained

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great.
Our only complaint was the overwhelming smell of pot/weed on the second floor as we got off the elevator. This only occurred the first night we were there. My husband has a poor sense of smell, but could smell it and commented how hazy the hallway looked.

The staff was patient with me. Used Booking.com last minute but hotel didn’t receive anything so was on the phone with Booking for 45 minutes to get it resolved. Finally was able to get a room

Having not been able to show up for the first night due to a flight cancellation, I have been informed at the hotel that it would not be billed. Turns out it was and despite trying to get in contact with the services to get the refund, I was left with no answer.

The morning front desk worker fixed the night desk workers mistake. The night desk worker didn't set up our morning transportation and we didn't have a way to the airport. Luckily the morning desk worker was the driver and we showed up early to the shuttle pick up area. She was able to take us to the airport before the next shuttle time.
The night desk worker and the pillows were TERRIBLE!!!
