Great but it would have been better if I could have had a drink/snack at the bar after a long drive.

The location is both beautiful and well located for walking to a lovely little town. Which is lucky, because you have to go into town for anything that isn't in the lobby vending machine.

The hotel advertises a restaurant and bar on the premises but it was closed. In a resort town on a lake in the height of summer. For no logical reason whatsoever. Oh, the lobby coffee maker didn't work either so it was either pods in the room, or .... walk into town. This is an beautiful place that needs to get it's sh*t together to be great.

It was really great. Only problem was the fitted sheet did not fit the bed. It kept coming off while sleeping.

A place to sleep near a cute town and state park

The location is spectacular- lakefront and walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops in the town of Geneva. Also very close to interesting Finger Lakes Welcome Center and Seneca Lake State Park. Breakfast burritos in the F2T restaurant were delicious.

Room was not super clean and had furnishings/color schemes from several different remodels (maroon fake croc patent leather bench was a key feature). Polyester sheets were uncomfortable. Lake side of property had Adirondack chars sitting next to gas fire pits but the propane tanks were all empty.

Absolutely the best location, but they need to update their rooms.

Great location and best outdoor patio facing the lake. Handy to downtown. We’ve stayed at this hotel almost yearly for at least 10 years. Rooms are starting to look worn. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken during our 6-day stay.

Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Location was beautiful. Food very good. Service was also very good.

Shower and tolet bowel needed a better clean. Disappointed in pool.

you need to fix your amenities. fire pit indoor pool That’s part of what we pay for so they should be available.

the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The location is great! Front desk staff was very helpful with our needs!

We were disappointed there little pool was not open, but we were told we could use the pool at the Hampton Inn across the street ( which was nice, but we did not).

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful 4 nights here and could not be happier with the hotel and staff and amenities. It was mid-March so also a great bargain.

VERY MINOR comment: the toilet flushing was weirdly loud, like a rocket taking off.

Staff was so friendly at check in. Bed was so comfortable too. Blackout curtains were nice!
