The room was clean and comfortable however after a few minutes you could smell cigarette smoke. There was a clean ashtray on the table. Ask for a non-smoking room.

The desk clerk was very nice. The hotel was easy to get to. I think I chose it for the price and was expecting Best Western to have inside entrances to the room, but that is my fault for not looking more closely. It turned out fine, although the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

I didn't look at the property very closely to see that the entrance was to the parking lot. I wish that was listed instead of us trying to figure it out. I like to stay where you go inside to get to your room, not park in front of your room. That is not the property's fault, but maybe list it? I remember the bed being very uncomfortable.

Fridge and microwave was in the bathroom.

We couldn’t get up in time for breakfast but it sounded good 🥴 The location was on a very busy street, but close to lots of places that we wanted to shop at, so very convenient 😊

The blanket and bedspread were rough textured and not comfortable, so I bought a soft blanket to use there, but the room was clean and functional ❣️

It was convenient location for travel route

Room seemed to need updates linens didn't feel fresh. Bathroom could use attention to cleaning and caulking.
