Great location ,great view and great staff!!

We had trouble with both of our doors closing which was due to the humidity after a storm. They did send someone right away to fix the main door.

no elevator, the ice machine barely worked parking is tough.

The location, we have stayed here previously and we loved loved the location. Staff is amazing we had a cable on the TV that was messed up and the gentleman came and put a new cable cord on the TV. Also when we showed up they let me upgrade my room to one with a kitchenette since we were staying the whole week.

The room we had only had a shower that needed some upgrades and with having two small kids they had to shower everynight and not get baths,, the bathroom was really small and the toilet was like one you use at a gas station with no lid on it. Also the shades on windows had some that were broken and the lights on back side of bed didn't work. But overall I love this place.

I did not like the old hotel and the room wasn’t clean.

This property was very reminiscent of “old Florida charm”. We loved that it was on the beach! It was very clean and well maintained.

No handicap accessibility to the pool or beach.

This was our second stay. We were leery about booking here again. But the location and view were excellent. We were extremely impressed with the staff this time!! So big kudos to them!!

Location, location, location

It was old and not well kept. There were new floors but that was about it.

The location was about 1.2 miles from Pier Park, which is awesome if that’s your scene and the staff was very professional and friendly. The parking was also a lot easier than most hotels and they don’t charge you extra to park.

Make sure that you have read that there are NO elevators. The rooms- the floors and furniture have been updated but the kitchen cabinets were terrible, the countertops were filthy and stained, the air-conditioning vent was caked with dust and had cheetos in it so obviously it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, the bathroom was gross, the refrigerator just needed updated, the beds were not very comfortable and the kitchen sink leaked… things that you might be able to live with but after taxes and hotel fees it was about $400 a night… So two nights for $800 was not worth it to me :((

The location was amazing. Right on beach and was able to walk almost everywhere! The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Security was out all night watching the parking lot, building and peoples cars. They and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Cameras in the hallways. Easy access to beach. Pricing for our suite was a lot cheaper than other hotels regular rooms. FREE PARKING! The suite had a huge bedroom and bed with its own balcony. Can’t wait to go back soon!

With the money I paid, I don't think anything which I like.

Bath towels were hairy. Which got stuck to me afterbath.. Can't explain what I thought to do... Room was not Clean. Kitchen - plates and utensils are sticking... Figured out that there is no dishwasher..so may be people have kept it just by washing with water... Bathroom - poor standard than any super 8 or Quality inn hotels... Building Construction is very old which you will figure out by wall or broken doors...rusty AC unit...

The location and staff was great. Enjoyed the beach and pool.

Whoever designed the kitchen and lighting should be in prison. The bathroom toilet and shower curtain were very dirty; we cleaned it ourselves.

Gorgeous view and a fabulous room. I loved that I got a room at the end of the corridor. It was private and potentially less noisy as no one would walk by. The room showed a little wear & tear as the shutters didn't move properly and the bathroom was dated/worn. The bed, dressers, chairs, etc were updated. Loved the balcony. If I didn't commit to being elsewhere in FL, I would have stayed longer. Lots of places to get food in the area. The PM and AM front desk staff were so helpful and friendly.

As the hotel is on the beach, it can get windy. The wind howling through the ventilation unit woke me up. Maybe put a vented box around the unit on the balcony to help reduce the higher winds from rattling the unit? Groundskeeper cleared away debris and extra water but may not want to chat on Bluetooth so early in the morning (and for so long). I heard him on the 3rd floor so I can imagine lower floors could hear him as well. Not horrible but something to be aware of.

Nice beach view with the price and good location. Inside is beautiful room and comfortable.

The shower is small and water running slow. Need to improve with flexible hose.
