Ate breakfast off properly

Lounge closed for renovation & hot tub wasn’t the cleanest , no towels at pool area & had to ask for towels at front desk for room.

Close proximity to the beach, pool and hot tub and breakfast included

Bathroom in room was outdated and poorly put together

We have vacationed here for a dozen years....it was never fancy but the pool was amazing and we liked the laid back vibe also the low price We understand the increased price but they really have cut back on the basics ..had to beg for clean towels for 2 days...the cushions at the pool are faded,torn and some smell rotten ...just seems like there is no manager running things to assure returning customers return ...we are planning not to ..several other folks share the same story as us ..not returning

The pool area needs love ..new cushions every season ..buy 2.5 times the amount of towels you need for your rooms ..no guest should have to beg And the $10 nightly parking fee on top of an already high rent for an old Days property is a big turn off .FYI💕

Location and the friendly staff, Especially Robin, the breakfast host/worker. The manager and entire staff were so pleasant and knowledgeable. They made my staff a pleasure to be there.

There are no elevators for the second level. Makes it a little to maneuver large bags.

Cleanliness of room. Nicely appointed room with useful amenities package, Ironing board and iron. Large, good quality towels. Plenty of electrical outlets for the multitude of electronics. Many activity areas for fitness individuals; basketball court, volleyball court and fitness center. Included breakfast offered many choices including make it yourself waffles, Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property is starting to show signs of old age. A little tired looking, though that did not affect the quality of the rooms and service. Only one small soap offered in shower/bathtub. No soap at sink outside bathroom. No hot choices for breakfast other than make it yourself waffles.

The location was great! The rooms were very clean and spacious! The staff were all nice and polite.

The beds were not very comfy.

Breakfast selections were excellent. Biscuits and (real sausage!) gravy, bagels, waffles, cold cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, fruit. Enough variety for a different breakfast selection each of a multi-day stay. The room is spacious and accommodating; comfortable bed. Access to the beach is just a couple of blocks away. Families loved the on premise swimming pool! Loved the free parking close to the room!

We had to make an early departure at 6:45 a.m. The door was locked - and the attendant at the desk refused us entry into the lobby. We had to squeeze our room keys under the door just to prove we checked out.
