We had some issues with the aircon and it wasn't perfect.

Very friendly staff, removed my check out time to make up for missed airport transfer, nice, clean, contemporary room, cleaned every day, great water pressure and hot showers and great location which was local to all my needs.

No kettle in the room, my airport transfer forgot to pick me up from the airport so I had to arrange last minute transport, not mucb breakfast choice the same thing every day, basic gym and very weak aircon.

The room was clean, comfortable, big

The wifi in the room wasn’t working so I had to work from the dining area but the staff working there was very loud, at one point getting into a loud argument when they knew I was right nearby trying to work. Really unprofessional. Then the ceiling lights didn’t work in the room, but they did fix that quickly. Finally there was no power outlet near the desk in the room. Whoever designed the hotel made a big gaffe there. However they did provide me with an extension cord. The breakfast was sub-par. Overall not a positive experience

The staff is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is located within walking distance of the city centre and beach.there are better located hotels in town but thats also why this hotel is cheaper than the rest.

The hotel is very modern and new and crisply clean. Their beds need special praise – this was the most comfortable sleep during my stay in Cape Verde. Breakfast was also fine. They also have a quite nice restaurant which is very convenient if you arrive to Santa Maria late and have no wish to going for dinner any further. Service at the restaurant and the reception was very friendly and helpful.

I would have evaluated the property the highest points if it was not for a moment of fright when I received a notice that there are some problems with their payment systems and that their customers and their bank cards might be open to the hackers.

10 min walk from beach and just next to a gas station that make things easier when you rent a car to explore the island. very welcoming staff. very clean. very quiet.
