Clean, quiet neighborhood. Great condo!

The condo itself was great - nice layout, adequate space and very clean. The linens and dishes / pots & pans in the kitchen were great. The wifi and TV worked as expected, and everything was as in good condition throughout the condo. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

It was a little challenging to find the condo location as it is somewhat nestled within the overall golf community area, but once we found it, all was fine.

Would be nice if there were more things open on property for the off season or available. This place would benefit a lot from a spa or indoor sauna or hot tub.

Disappointing

The space was adequate.

We were given the wrong keys to our unit and walked in on a family who was already occupying the unit. It was cold and dark when we arrived and had to wait for maintenance to let us into another unit. No check in human to speak to face to face so made it hard and frustrating to remedy the issue.

perfect location, a little hard to find the townhouse in the location of the golf course ,but worth it.

Would choose a different property for beachfront accommodations.

Robin at the restaurant went above and beyond to help us contact the front desk staff to get a new room. Meg, Director was wonderful, I am satisfied with the resolution.

Level of cleanliness: dust and debris in vents on the floor of 5 Lanyard Dr. A vent on the floor in one of the bathrooms was unsightly and looked rusty. Condos are not near the water.

The property was beautiful

A lot of things. It is not family Oriented at all. The beach and pool closes at 5 or 6pm unless you’re a home owner? That should be stated clearly when booking. If so, we would not have booked with you. The staff was either slightly rude or not knowledgeable of the rules. The times of the restaurants are bizarre. The sand bistro is only available after hours for the owners only. None of this was stated.

Poor

I traveled with my family from China. It was our first encounter with a gas fireplace. We saw some flames in the gas fireplace and was concerned about gas poisoning. However, the New Seabury properties operator was extremely rude. I called to find out if the gas fireplace could be turned off. She yell at me saying “Are you ABLE TO TURN IT OFF?” I said I don’t know how. Then she said “Jesus Christ” and then impatiently took my name and number and abruptly hung up the phone. The technician who called me later, on the other hand, was helpful and patient, resolving all our concerns.

The cottage was very cute. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and bright. The beach is literally a stone's throw away.

The perfect end of the summer getaway

Beautiful property! amazing views and the most beautiful golf course. The staff was great, and the Seaquarters could not have been more clean and perfect for the weekend.

struggled to find breakfast as the poppy inn was closed, and the coffee place and places in the market place were closed. also didn’t realize the pool on the beach would not be open, otherwise no complaints it couldn’t have been a better stay really!

We loved our time there and would definitely go back!

The cottage was bright and clean and the location was great. Steps to the beach and marketplace.

It wasn’t a big inconvenience but you could only access the bathroom through the bedroom.
