Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staffs out weights the long walk to Casablanca's landmarks

The room is exactly as you would expect from a Campanile chain's hotel: efficient design and clean. The buffet breakfast is good. This is the first hotel in a serries of hotels that we stayed in Morocco for our trip, and in comparison, it offers the best breakfast.

The hotel is off the historic center of Casablanca, from here it is quite a walk to the city's landmarks

Solides Hotel mit guter Lage

Relativ gute Lage, die Zimmer haben Fernseher und ordentliches Internet. Das Frühstück ist für Marokkanische Verhältnisse ausreichend. Alles in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes.

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, zum Glück war es nicht zu heiß. Die Fenster lassen sich zwar öffnen, allerdings ist es dann viel zu laut, da die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel entlang fährt.

Lovely clean hotel close to tramline

Lovely fresh accommodation. The receptionist checking us in at 4am was so friendly and happy, he really made us welcome. As we were wanting space to work, this had a desk. Also the access to a gym was a plus (albeit was small) Excellent access to the tramline (directly outside) and the train station is just 1km down the road.

Unfortunately it was quite far from the main center and not many restaurants nearby. However, this was our fault as when looking on a map we thought it was closer than it was

muy bien situado, habitación agradable y espacios comunes amplios

la cama, la atención del personal.

en el desayuno faltaba producto, el servicio iba siempre detrás y tarde, no había cubiertos, cuencos. pero era aceptable. en el gimnasio falta un ‘yoga mat’ (esterilla) para poder hacer abdominales y estirar. el suelo es duro y no se pueden hacer ejercicios de suelo. y no me gustó que la gente fumara dentro del hotel, siempre había humo y olor a tabaco ajjjj.

séjour pas terrible

j'ai demandé à trois reprises de me donner la télécommande de la télé. malgré que j'ai appelé trois fois , il ne m'ont envoyé personne. j'ai passé deux jours sans télé à cause qu'il n'y a pas de télé commande. en plus ils n'ont pas de room service. pour avoir une bouteille d'eau il faut descendre en bas pour l'acheter

Adequate for what we needed.

The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing. Front desk staff and the concierge & guardians were excellent.

The rooms were adequately cleaned on the surface, but under certain appliances you could tell that it had been a while. The room smelled strange when I walked in. Breakfast was adequate.

Nice, clean, standard hotel experience. We had a good room, with working AC. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport for our very early flight home, which was very useful and right on time. Breakfast buffet is a great option for those who want to have a big meal on property, a mix of mostly western and Moroccan. You are able to walk to a lot of tourist sites, and we were happy to have a convenience store right across the road.

The hotel is new, location is fine, buffet breakfast, even if it's same everyday at least you can choose something

The awfullest hotel I've ever stayed in!!!! 🤬The receptionist was shouting on me 😨 He doesn’t show any respect on my easy request of bring a non plastic mugs in my room!!! First they don’t respect women at all! Second they are not willing to help 😡 (The hotel has a restaurant where they can easily take cups and bring to my room, but they did not do that) The room was much smaller than on photos, breakfast was same everyday, during the cleaning the cleaners threw away my not finished fruit and cheese, that was on the table DO NOT RECOMEND
