This is the second year our family and friends have stayed at the Embassy for an event at the convention center. The Location is prime, the Breakfast is great, lots of options to chose from, we enjoy the bar area and snacks during happy hour with complimentary drinks, over all the Embassy has everything to offer ! We had a great corner room overlooking the beautiful historic train station and river.

I wished the parking situation was better and that you were not charged extra to park in the hotel parking lot we ended up having to park in the parking garage paying $10 and the walk over, we would have parked in Hotel parking despite the extra fee but it was already full upon check in. Parking and hauling all your luggage over from the garage in the August heat was a little much especially since the elevator in the garage was a broken down. Also it felt unsafe, with the grey hound bus stop there and people loitering around, the stair wells were really dirty in the parking garage.

The Staff and two of the Bartenders, Help to make my stay very nice. One is the supervisor of the bar, the other Lady is Tall. Sorry didn't remember the name.

Spacious room, breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located right across the street from the large conference center.  We just parked our car in the parking area at the hotel, and then just walked across the street. Everything was so convenient!

I loved how luxurious it was made me feel as if I was a star staying at a fancy hotel

Only thing was it was warm in my room the air wasn’t working properly

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. And that five star breakfast was amazing. I definitely look forward to staying here again with me and my husband.

There is nothing to complain about. This is an amazing hotel.

THE FACILITY IS NICE AND MODERN. THE BREAKFAST AND THE HONOR BAG WERE REWARDING.

PAID FOR PARKING AT $20 PER DAY, A BIT EXCESSIVE.

The swimming pool was open. Was happy that even though the room wasn't ready on time they gave me a key to get in the pool.

Hated the pool had a thousand Nats flying around it. Even though check-in was at 4 pm. The room wasn't ready when I made it there at 4:30 pm. They told me they would text me when it was ready because they had a wait list (I was number 5). While the kids were in the pool at least over an hour later, I had to check and see if my room was ready, which she said it was just to go in the room and find somebody else hair tie in the corner of the floor next to the sofa! Also, the breakfast wasn't how it used to be when I stayed years ago.

Breakfast was great! Staff was limited but attentive when needed.
