I was really looking for ward to my holiday in Marrakesh as I’ve never been before having looked at the booking com reviews I thought this must be one of the best. But disaster just struck from the start. I booked the Ksar villa for 6 nights for me and my baby who is 8 months old it was pricy £3000 but I just wanted her to have a memorable experience . Upon arrival security not friendly paid for the room straight away . Our villa has crawling ants and insects all over the floor so I couldn’t leave the baby on the floor ok the play mat . Also the screen mirroring didn’t work on the tv so she couldn’t listen and watch her favourite programs I had to buy a tv just for her. This was the final straw when they wouldn’t let me and her in the indoor pool it was too hot outside for a baby and she wouldn’t let us go swimming there . I left the hotel and they argued with us saying we had not paid basically calling me a liar I told them check the cameras we never even got an apology just stuck up attitude. We left the hotel after just 2 days I didn’t get a refund but that was how bad it was that I had to leave I would never recommend this place . Having stayed at many hotels this was the worst 5 star ever

Great but a little let down by the overcharge by the spa.

The hotel is great and the staff were very friendly.

The spa charged us a lot more for our treatments than we were expecting. Wouldn’t recommend that facility.

Es Saadi is a haven of tranquility and I truly left this hotel feeling contended.

The breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied.

Full relaxation is possible in the middle of Marrakesch.

The property is beautifully maintained and very spacious. It's perfect for a morning walk in the palace gardens or even a run. The effort put into maintaining the plants healthy is noticeable

The palace resort is in an excellent neighborhood close to the center of Marrakesh. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were polite in general. There are 4 restaurants, one serving only adults. The exterior is beautiful and there is a heated swimming pool. The breakfast is very nice

The menu in room service is quite limited and the food average or even below. The staff serving food sometimes you get the feeling they don’t quite like what they do but I guess it’s because we were there during ramadan. The food prices are extremely high for the food served.

The best hotel experience ever.

My stay was absolutely amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff were all so incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. Food was so good and the environment was so picturesque and the view was stunning. I will definitely be back.

Can't think of anything that went wrong.

This was such a beautiful experience. The staff were so nice and helpful. Very beautiful hotel.

I love that it’s a traditional Moroccan hotel. The staff were so polite and helpful, they were always eager to help. The architecture was simply breathtaking, very beautiful views from the room also. Very central location too. All round fantastic experience and worth every penny.

Stayed in the Ksar and was awesome for 2 females. We each had our own floor.

The breakfast had so many options that I chose something different everyday. Great service!

Large pool could have been warmer. It was too cold to go in.

Pool and main lobby are just awesome. Middle Eastern feel. Short 10 min USD 2.5 taxi ride to the sq.

Fantastic pool, one of the biggest we've seen. Main lobby is awesome. Shot many pictures, really fantastic. Very nice breakfast (great service; we were even asked if we had slept well, ha ha)

We spend 500 bucks a night on the villa. Not worth it. Quality wise good but the vibe was below expectations. Didn't feel like going back to the villa most of the time. Straight access (from the villa's small garden) to the pool didn't really appeal that much to us One bedroom upstairs (where our kids slept) just didn't feel right. Living room not inviting Too dark If we'd go to this hotel again we'd take a family room and spend the extra cash on food
