Personnel agréable, emplacement très bien. Malgré le fait d’être sur un boulevard très fréquenté les chambres sont insonorisé. Petit déjeuner excellent et propreté des lieux.
Les lits étaient une catastrophe. Ça aurais pu être un sans faute s’il n’y avais pas le problème de literie. Nous avions une chambre avec 2 lits simple mais les matelas étaient complètement mort. Inclinez d’un côté. Vraiment dommage.

Excellent stay at Grand Mogador, staff were wonderful, particularly Ms Ghita Bassin (Guest Relations), she so accommodating and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and all with a smile.

A very large hotel on the coast of the city, very close to a shopping center and the great mosque, the hotel itself is spacious, large, impressive and clean at the level of a European hotel, a very pleasant and comfortable lobby.
Its X-factor is the service - we accidentally got an unsuitable room and we were immediately asked for our help by Ms. Gita from customer relations and took care of us in a very large and amazing room overlooking the spectacular view of Casablanca

Communication of hotel staff is leak ,
I used hotel restaurant for dinner and they asked me to pay in the restaurant
At check out I asked invoice for my company for extras they could not give and directed to me again to restaurant .

Great location and staff are super friendly. Check in was fast and easy. Room was spacious and comfortable. Free coffee and tea facilities and free pastries delivered to the room, which was a nice surprise
Hotel WiFi is not great, but found out that this is the case almost everywhere in Morocco.
