Kind of a musty smell in the room

It was really nice and clean. It’s in a great location.

The room had a light weird smell. Like wet carpet

The BREAKFAST BAR! WAS AWESOME. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY EXCEPT FOR THE BIG GUY AT THE FRONT DESK. I THINK HE COULD BE NICER AND NOT SO BLUNT AND FORCEFUL

My room. The location of the room. Lamps were rusty, tv didn't have many channels. I had to hook my hdmi cord to laptop to watch good pictures. The floor had a sinkhole in it. Room 301. Bed wasn't the best like the 1st floor. My experience this time wasn't great.

The staff was excellent particularly the lady who worked at the front desk in the evenings. Another guest let her dog use the bathroom outside our hotel room door. I reported it. Even though the cleaning crew was gone for the evening, your front desk clerk cleaned up the mess immediately.

We were without wifi for 24 hours or so. I was working remotely while on vacation so this was a huge negative.

Staff nice

They had a big cut in backboard of bed, mold in shower and floors were dirty. My husband feet were so dirty. Told manager his response was this hotel is 8 years old

The staff was very friendly,bed was comfortable & location was very convienent.Breakfast was also very good & well stocked.

The room had a terrible odor of dog smell & mold, was offered room spray which did nothing.Also area with ice dispensers smelled like sewage.Room also did not feel clean.Shower door also had mold growing on the bottom of it.

The drunk that apparently stays there alot had his TV so loud it was vibrating my walls Kary on night shift tried to give us another room but it was across the hall from him and his TV could be heard down the hall to room 219 and we were in rooms 224(his) 226(mine) so moving us to 223 was not a fix but Kary she did try to call his room and beat on his door I think she tried to get in his door but his safety lock was on The staff was very nice but could offer no solution.

I didn't like the fact that this man visits your hotel often from what i understand and you just let him get away with this. I did not sleep at all it was like a band was playing in there at one point it sounded like it had stopped but apparently was just a movie going off. I saw the man next morning and told him his TV was too loud and the desk clerk tried to get him to turn it down and that I had not slept all night he just laughed and told me he's hard of hearing I said you are a rude man to laugh because I couldn't sleep There was no solution! I visit as often as possible since I used to live there but on my visits to Gulf shores I will find somewhere else to stay from now on

The location was nice.

I didn't like 2 flat sheets with no fitted. Two hours into breakfast, there was very little food or coffee left. Toilet handle was broken. There were orange crumbs on the floor. People in the next room were loud most of the night.
