Made our trip to view the total eclipse very enjoyable

Quiet location

Booking system malfunctioned; they were showing another guest our room while we were getting ready the next morning. We booked two nights while the system had us in for only one.

Not great

Was put in a conjoined room with very loud people that we could hear very clearly through the door and put in the first room next to the downstairs side door that slammed shut every time anyone came in or out it was pretty hard to sleep. Bad luck I guess. Breakfast tasted good though.

Terrible, had nowhere else to go at the hour we got in and I didn't have a bed to sleep in due to booking.com and Ho

Booking.com and the hotel apparently don't communicate because it was the wrong room configuration. We get in at 1 am dead tired, ready to sleep and go to work the next morning; then I discover the (2) twin bed room I paid $143 for wasn't there. Your site and Holiday Inn got the wrong room with a single bed instead of 2 twin beds. Not only that, but the hotel refused to switch the room despite the correct configuration being available. Absolutely unbelievable. How hard is it to just switch the room and make it right? I even offered to pay the $9 difference. Instead the attendant just shrugged their shoulders and went outside for another cigarette. I can't call the booking.com line at this hour, and the hotel was of ZERO help. They acted slightly confused about the room type when I arrived despite it being paid for and booked (or so I thought). I'm beyond disappointed and quite frankly I feel my money should be refunded due to not receiving what I paid my hard earned money for. This entire experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth for booking.com in terms of services rendered. The same sentiment is true of Holiday Inn. Comfortable and convenient

Staff was fabulous! Check-in process great!! Room was clean! Parking easy also!

My only minor complaint is that the ice maker on my floor was broken - but was able to go to another floor and get ice

Worst Prejudice Experience Tristan is extremely Prejudice and a bad representative for a business

Breakfast The day rep was ok

Tristan who checked me in was very prejudice towards me and rude he charged me $150 deposit and I have never been charged any type of deposit since I have been staying there. It is now May 19 I stayed there May 13 he has purposely tied my deposit up holding it because he is hateful and prejudice and should be fired for this he most definitely could not represent any of my businesses. After I swiped my card he proceeded to tell me that I didn't have to stay there but it would take 5-7 days before I got my money back. I went to the room I had requested 2 beds and I got 1 bed with a old jacuzzi tub. Knowing that I had my grand daughter with me. The worst experience I have ever had . I have a video but it won't let me upload it

Great place to stay!

The property is centrally located, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms, quaint “kitchen” area in King Suite, spa tub was wonderful, checkout is at noon.

The heated pool was cold, breakfast ends at 9 - so no chance to sleep in and still have breakfast.

Rooms comfortable but in need of a face lift. Very spacious. Excellent location.

Breakfast was adequate and hot. Better than typical continental breakfast.

Property rooms need upgrading, remodeling is needed.

It was absolutely the best stay I could have ever imagined!

The front desk workers were exceptional. Everything was extremely clean. It was very quiet inside as well. The breakfast was amazing. Everything surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be a return guest in the near future.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was beyond what I expected. It was the best experience I have ever had. I will be referring all of my friends and family. I am excited to book again with you in the near future.

The location.

The welcoming staff was horrible. she told me i didn’t have a reservation and than told me I would have to pay $800 for my reservation and as soon as I asked for a manager magically my reservation showed uo and it was paid. same when we were leaving. the same lady said we owe money and couldn’t check out with our paying it.

The general manager was horrible and treated me like crap because I booked through a travel agency. They allowed little kids to bang on walls and run through the halls. Noisy subpar room that had dirty sheets so I physically had to watch to make sure the room got cleaned.

See above. Great accommodations!

The property is getting renovated but even still it was clean. Our room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. Super happy with our stay! Prices for the room and pets is very reasonable. Two thumbs up!

It took 10 mins just to get someone to come check us in, unsupervised children ruining the pool/hot tub, light bulbs out in bathroom/poor lighting, hard miserable beds, kids running upstairs constantly and they have a huge remolding mess that makes me wish I would’ve saved my money!

The hotel was clean, in a good area, lots of families, breakfast was good.

We had loud people above us, we spoke with the front desk and had no trouble after that.
