Not enough handicap parking near main entrance.

The staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool and gym. Room was clean and we liked the kitchen area (microwave, fridge, etc..). Pricing for the area was very economical. Location was great as well. Close to shopping and food.

We were disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. Limited options and food were microwavable ty.pe food Our son who does not have a special diet but is a picky eater did not have anything he could eat. most hotels have eggs and bacon or donuts and this was not an option. Food was a little too specialized and more like microwavable type food.

The positive thing about the property was location.

it wasn’t very clean, the bathrooms are small compared to most hotels, and the breakfast was terrible.

The location was convenient to a lot of shopping and eateries

The room wasn't clean 😕 I took my disinfectant wipes and cleaned.. I can't express how dirty they were. The shower had mold around the bottom, and it smelled of pets . It wouldn't hurt to invest in a product that can remove pet stains and ordor.. The bed was uncomfortable. the mattress needed to be flipped

We were informed that the hotel overbooked the reservations. We were offered something less suited for our stay. We ended up canceling our reservation and going to some other hotel. Very sad.

Complimentary breakfast was very beneficial. It was even more beneficial to have access to complimentary breakfast at the adjoined sister property. I liked this.

Should have price matched with surrounding properties and lowered rate.

It was good and fresh but the lady that was putting out the breakfast on the last day of my stay was rude

The bathroom was not clean and the soap and shampoo was empty also the dust in the room was bad as well .....the room it self had everything you would need I will say that just the bathroom was what did it for me
