Good basic hotel

Hi this hotel was in a great location, just across the square form the train station. The staff are super helpful. My first night was in a bigger room with balcony and was clean and tidy. The second night I shared and was in a twin room, no balcony but clean and tidy. Being a solo traveller I felt safe in this hotel. Wifi was also good here.

Very comfortable stay with great location.

Great location that is very close to the train station. The beds were very firm and comfortable. I think it's very good value by Morocco standards, as I have paid similar amounts and have gotten MUCH lower quality stays.

Worldwide rating: Comparing to all the hotels I've stayed at, I found this hotel to be very average and would rate it a 6.5-7/10. I found the breakfast to be a bit disappointing, but my stay was over Ramadan so perhaps it's better at other times :) Morocco rating: However, comparing to all the hotels and riads I've stayed at during my stay in Morocco, I found this hotel to be excellent and would give it an 8.5- 9/10. This was the first stay in Morocco (with similar pricing point) where I could take a very satisfying shower. For this reason, I average it out and give it an 8 :) Overall, the staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the neighborhood.

Location & breakfast are good. Facilities are not enough.

Location is good close to train station and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good.

No water heater and water provided. Hair dryer need to ask from reception.

ok without the unnecessary drama

Location to tram and railway station was excellent, 20 minute walk to the Medina

we had booked for a tour with first night staying at hotel but we’re told by receptionist that we were not booked for tour or hotel accommodation but was. Long story short, she made no effort to help and all she kept saying that it was not her problem when it was her mistake, poor service!

Value hotel very close to the main train station in Casablanca.

Bed was clean, very good location right by Casa Voyegeurs train station. Nice view. Staff were nice and welcoming.

Carpet is clearly old and stained. Windows are also dirty, but this isn't a big deal.

Room and location were ok.

The receptionist upon arrival check-in tried to bill us more than the actually quoted booking.com € price. What she did was take the booking.com € price, converted it into Dirhams ( I don't know what exchange rate she applied here) and then reconverted it back into € by applying the current € Dirham exchange rate. At first she ignored our complaint that this calculation is wrong and that we certainly will only pay the originally quoted booking.com € price that we got when we booked online. Only after we basically forced her to speak to her on-duty manager she finally accepted the original booking.com € price. So be cautious and careful when paying your hotel bill in € currency. After having ready other comments about the breakfast buffet we simply skipped it.

Booked & paid but no room!

I arrived at hotel, waited one hour to check in then was told there is bad news and good news. Bad news is there is no room for you as we now have a tour group, hotel is full, and no room for you. The receptionist said, As you have paid the good news is we will find a room for you at another hotel. which they did at the Ibis, which actually was very good but I’m wondering how when I booked & paid months ago that I can be ‘bumped’ from this hotel??

Superb

Very convenient location if you plan to use the train. station Casa Voyager. Responsive staff. We left early, they organized breakfast for us before the opening of the restaurant

Near train station Staff lovely.Breakfast nice .Really nice place to stay not far from City and things to see .Vegan places to eat near by . Clean and fresh rooms .Ten out of ten 🙂🙂🙂🙂 { Will be back } hotel staff really friendly owner you have great people working in hotel . { Tourist attractions near by }.

Nice staff but not management

The staff friendliness and willingness to help despite the stupid rules put by hotel management Eachid was very cooperative and helpful

The hotel didn't accept contactless payment method though it's fully functional and went very smooth Further, the staff in the hotel didn't have authority to cancell booking nor waiving the penality when I refused to pay by anyother mean mean but my contactless app.

Okay, but nothing special.

Comfortable beds, decent breakfast buffet, good shower, convenient location near Casa Voyageurs train station.

No fridge or coffee-maker in the room, no hair dryer. Breakfast buffet tended to run out of popular items (eggs, yogourt) quickly. Room facing the street had good views but lots of traffic noise.

Great location to catch train! Welcoming staff, comfortable bed, nice room view.

The staff were very friendly. The location was excellent, since we were walking to the train station the next morning. The view from the room was very nice.

The heating unit in the room did not appear to work, and thus the room could have been a bit warmer. The breakfast buffet had fairly limited choices.

a decent hotel to stay in conveniently located.

it is convenient to everything including the train. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

nothing except the breakfast had no fruit, coffee was lousy, Nescafé, nothing was much to speak of.

One night in Casablanca

Comfortable beds and wide room. The breakfast as well was perfectly fine.

The check-in was very slow. We arrived at midnight and waited more than 40/45 min Just for a group of 5-6 people behind us. We were supposed to have a room with balcony
