Definitely coming back in autumn 🤩

Staff was very friendly. Food so fresh and tasty. Room and outside the pool area very clean.

Beds uncomfortably. Pillows and towels have to be replaced in new.

Sehr sauber, top Service und sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

Der Umgang mit den Lehrlingen. Vor allem mit der Chefin de Service welche am Frühstück immer war. Lehrlinge sollte man fördern damit sie gute Arbeitskräfte werden.

Zeer mooi gelegen, zeer netjes, groot, en toch rustig

Het specialiteiten restaurant. Kwaliteit was goed maar in het buffet was meer keuze en was lekkerder. Service is hier ook een beetje fastfoodstijl.

Bel hôtel bien placé

Hotel très bien entretenu avec du mobilier récent que ce soit en chambre ou dans les parties communes, jardin magnifique avec palmiers et bougainvilliers. Service du personnel impeccable. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, produits douche shampoing et crème pour les cheveux à disposition, grandes serviettes, WC et bidet, petit seche cheveux, des rideaux véritablement occultants. Demander et payer le coffre fort à l'accueil. Chambre bien nettoyée et serviettes changées chaque jour. Peut être juste un point à ameliorer le sol de la terrasse qui pourrait être nettoyée au sol au moins une fois par locataire. Les grandes serviettes de la piscine sont prêtées. SPA très bien entretenu propre et bien équipée (soin hydrofacial et microneedling), hammam vapeur, belle salle de repos, piscine carrelée magnifique et chaude. Accueil polyglotte, personnel très à l'écoute merci. Cuisine variée et suffisante même si on dine tard. Spectacles chaque soir : je souligne la qualité des spectacles de danses avec une belle énergie. Mini club : les enfants sont heureux bravo à l'équipe de leur professionnalisme.

Nous avons passé 3 jours fabuleux en famille, on a hâte d'y revenir.

Le personnel était aux petits soins. Accès direct à la plage, on se sent en sécurité. Le buffet est bon et varié pour un all inclusive. Le SPA était très bien. Possibilité de départ tardif très intéressant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Le SPA était en supplément, dommage que cela ne soit pas indiqué partout. Réfectoire un peu bruyant (mais normal pour un all inclusive)

Séjour de rêve dans un hôtel paradisiaque. A refaire.

Hôtel magnifique, tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Le service, l animation, l infrastructure, le all inclusive. Tout est parfait.

Éviter le restaurant au rez de chaussée où il faut réserver. La qualité des plats et du service est bien meilleur a l étage

Perfeknty unik zo zimy do leta.

Animacny team bol perfektny. Vsetci boli velmi zabavni a snazili sa sprijemnit nas pobyt. Hotel ma aj vyhrievany bazen, takze sa da pohodlne kupat aj v januari. Strava bola dostatocne rozmanita a celkovo sme boli velmi spokojni.

Recepcne boli trochu odmerane co bolo mozno sposobene jazykovou barierou. Trochu nas zamrzelo, ze pri otazke kolko by mal stat taxik z hotela na letisko, nam povedala recepcna premrstenu cenu. Nakoniec sme zjednali taxik za polovicu (150 dirhamov). Mozno je lepsie povedat neviem, lebo takto mame pocit, ze nadrzala taxikarom, ktori sa snazia vytiahnut co najviac penazi z turistov.

Przepiękny kompleks, blisko plaży, jedzenie wspaniałe i różnorodne, personel bardzo miły. Fantastyczne baseny, w tym 1 z podgrzewaną wodą.

Pokój na najniższym poziomie jest trochę ciemny, lepiej wybierać wyższe kondygnacje.

Emplacement idéal mais le reste ne suit pas !

La situation de cet hôtel sur la plage d'Agadir, la piscine chauffée réel atout ! La chambre propre, grande, bien agencée, lits confortables.

Les buffets, très répétitifs, les produits sont resservis d'un jour à l'autre après quelques transformations ce qui les rend mauvais et pas frais. Clairement ce n'est pas bon ! Le jus d'orange du matin est coupé avec de l'eau, laquelle eau est filtrée mais pas bonne non plus. Même les cacahuètes pour l'apéro n'ont pas de goût ! Il y a certes la quantité mais vraiment pas la qualité, on sent que l'économe cherche tous les moyens pour faire des économies. Le personnel ne parle pas bien français alors quand on demande quelque chose, on ne sait pas nous répondre, et souvent la moindre demande semble poser un problème. Aucune confiance par rapport au client, il faut donner 200 dirham pour avoir des serviettes de piscine (même si on nous les rend après) et il faut payer pour utiliser le coffre fort dans la chambre, c'est mesquin ! Enfin, ce qui est le plus insupportable, c'est la réservation des chaises longues au bord de la piscine par les clients, ça ce n'est pas possible !! Pourquoi ce sont toujours les mêmes qui profitent des meilleures places !! Ce serait bien d'interdire cette pratique comme ça existe dans beaucoup d'établissements !

Good for Agadir: a location which I don't recommend

Good place to relax. Pleasant staff. Food was not bad for an all-inclusive. Good location on the beach. Shops nearby.

Could hear people shouting in the corridor outside my room. Gym was a little worn down.

Un buen hotel. Limpio, personal de animación muy bien, la comida correcta, a 2 pasos de la playa y piscinas excelentes.

La cama doble supletoria muy incomoda, deberían de mejorar este punto.

One of the great places to spend a family time in Agadir

I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. Special thanks to Chef Mohammed for accommodating the food allergies of my wife

Perhaps a bit of improvement at the level of snack choices would be appreciated. One other thing that could help especially for people with food allergies is to list ingredients

Great hotel

Very clean hotel. Great selection of food and drinks. Super location next to a beautiful sandy beach. Big room with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, two single beds put it together instead of one double or king-size bed.

Great hotel and access to the beach. The staff was very friendly and willing to help at anytime.

The food,pool, activities and staff were great Always happy, always would help sort a problem out. Don’t be afraid to visit a souk it was great fun and not intimidating. Hotel really lovely

The only thing that let it down was our room Was the cleaner lack of cleaning and lack of towels for 4 people. We did have head of house keeping on arrival having to re do our room due to mess and stains etc but she did sort it! But lack of cleaning did happen for us every day.

Exquisite

The stay in this hotel was splendid! We enjoyed everything - from the food, spacious rooms, beautiful lobby, wonderful, kind and friendly people working there - everything ! That was one of our best stay among travelling around the Europe and closest countries ! the most important: - fresh and fantastic food, lot of choice for vegan, many super options for kids, some of the dishes prepared on your eyes, sushi, paella, frutti di mare, ice cream, a lot of cakes, tortillas - everyone will find sth for himself; - the stuff was extremly patient, careful and friendly - one of the best ever; - the room was quiet, spacious, comfy, well cleaned every day; - swimming pool and beach - very good for children, - great drinks at the bar (opened till midnight (!)) - beautiful surrounding with great plants; - one time entry to ala carte restaurant with Morrocan food - we enjoyed much. All in all I would highly recommend to everyone and we are sure will come back!

Everything was very special for us, some of the negatives: - lack of electronic kettle in the room (we missed our coffee in the morning; - lack of attractions for children - there was a schedule with information about the animations but none of them actually happened; - lack of bar or another facilities on the beach - only sunbeds, there could be a small bar on the beach ;) but we could live without it ;) it was very close

Good value, great for families. The beach is literally just outside, so perfect access.

Very spacious room with good air con and storage. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff always on hand to clear a table by the window for us and very friendly. Impressed by the kids club and all the activities, particularly the eco friendly ones.

Felt there could be a better system for towels i.e. no need to replace all towels daily for eco purposes. There needs to be better checks on items running out in the rooms for example body lotion. Unfortunately our door didn’t lock but a member of staff came to fix straight away. The lift also didn’t work but was fixed within 48 hours.

friendly clean hotel in a good location

It is very clean, easy to navigate, beautiful pool area. close to the beach, which clean and safe, life Gard at hand at all times. the private beach area is minded well, the people at the gate make sure children are with their parents.

if you don’t like fish, then your food will be limited.
