It's clean, with a beautiful ambience.

Nothing everything is fine, looking forward to staying there next time.

I liked the foyer and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. I also like the pool bar area which was nicely presented

the rooms were dated, the club lounge was not adequate in regards to what was on offer for the the day and was not up to a 5 star standard comparable hotel. I was disappointed that even though I booked the room for 3 people breakfast was only provided for two of us and the price I was quoted for my 14 year old son for breakfast when I booked earlier in the year was considerably different from the price when we got to the hotel. The staff don’t seem to use their initiative or discretion and always had to differ to the manager which was frustrating.

The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room and the coffee from the cafe in the lobby!!!!!

Where do I start????? Breakfast was inclusive in the room rate but only if you went down to the dining area. On both occasions when my son and I went down to eat breakfast it was like a market place. There were so many people, it was rowdy and there was no table available which meant we had to have breakfast in our room and that attracts a tray charge. Ordering our breakfast in the room took over 1hr to come and when it did arrive, after countless calls to room service and asking to speak to the Manager, it arrived cold and the order was mixed up. If this had happened once, I could have over looked it as it was clear mornings are busy for the kitchen but it happened every morning with the exception of the morning we checked out and I believe that was because I had placed the order an hour beforehand!!! For the amount charged for the room, it was a tired looking room. The bed linens were stained, the bathroom looked like it needed a good clean and a makeover, the screen to close off the bathroom from the bed room was stained and one could still see through it. The control for the lights were non existent. They were either all on or all off. I expected that I could leave the bedside table on even if the lights in the room was off but that was not the case. I guess the reason the room was so tired looking is because the cleaning of the room was mediocre at best. I watched as the housekeeper came to clean the room and not for one second was any cleaning product used to wipe down, not even a mop for the bathroom or any care taken to make the beds. I had to ask for the sheets to be changed and that wasn’t a good idea as I saw the state of the mattresses and pillows which were awful. There was an adjoining door to my room and I could hear everything the person next door was doing. From his conversations to him having sex at which point I had to call the front desk to complain. This was truly a frustrating experience!!!
