spacious room, friendly staffs.
with cooker and some tableware but no pans or pots for cooking.
the boiler uses tanked water, and takes long time to reheat. we run out of hot water on the first night.
one of the hairdryers was broken.
smell of refurbishing.
funny location that some drivers couldn’t even find it.

Front desk very helpful. Very nice reception area. Dinner was good and the breakfasts fantastic huge and varied. Really set you up for a day in the Medina. Very spacious suites well equipped mostly (see below) with terraces on both sides for sunset/rise
Very pleased to find nespresso machine but it needed maintenance.
Pillows all big/ high for me, but this is being picky.
FYI. this no reflection on hotel but regular taxis take only 3 people NOT 4 so it was 3 taxis for us to go into town because we were 7 in our group the grand taxis wont come out as far as the hotel. And the lovely roof terrace does not serve alcohol

Nice friendly and helpful staff.
The apartment was fine and clean but needed some snagging. Several light bulbs needed replacing, the shower head would not hang up, and some doors were hard to close. Some noise in the daytime from the pool pump above our top floor apartment.

Quiet location, not too far from the centre.
It is not possible to pay with the mastercard given in the reservation. Visa or cash only.
Breakfast was the same. No variety.

We stayed in this beautiful 5 star hotel for 6 nights and it was the best decision for our trip.
The hotel is located in the quiet, clean and beautiful El Ghoul area. It comprises of only 13 luxury suites, each named after a flower; ours was Orchidée (French for Orchid). We booked a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suite. It had a kitchen with all appliances: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob and what not. The main bedroom had ensuite bathroom. Both the rooms had a balcony overlooking a lush green vicinity full of palm trees.
The living area was bright and cosy.
The staff was amazing. Ahmed and others on the reception always made sure everything was up to the mark. The housekeeping did a great job keeping the suite tidy everyday.
Now coming to the spa services, I totally totally recommend the Moroccan Hammam and Massage. Lovely ‘Chayma’ did the most amazing job. I had full body massage (500 Dirhams) twice and Hammam (250 Dirhams) with gommage twice during my stay and it was so so relaxing.
The pool was overlooking the military mountains. It was always quite and mostly to ourselves.
The breakfast was simply the best. Freshly squeezed orange juice, hot drinks and eggs of your choice were served daily with crepes, freshly baked cake, pancakes and Moroccan condiments. The lady who served was extremely polite and professional.
The walk to the nearby Menara Mall was 3.1km making it ideal for us.
Adding fresh fruits to the breakfast would add value.

The property was great for a group of 3 friends. I found difficulties finding a hotel for 3 persons, so we came across this and got a whole apartment and 3 beds with hotel services! The staff here really do look after you, they will be at your service when needed and extremely helpful. Reda, one of the hotels concierge, was exceptional, he went above and beyond for me and my friends during our stay.
The location isn’t the best but it is good. Some taxis find it difficult to get you back to the hotel. Guilez centre is a 4 minute drive.
The breakfast here is really good, you get a selection of items. You will come across the freshest, most refreshing orange juice during this breakfast also.
Room service was great, they really clean the apartment when you’re away, a special shout out to them for organising my messy room 👍🏽
Speak to the hotel front desk for excursions as they will get you a very good deal.
The pool isn’t the greatest so don’t expect to be swimming a lot. It’s perfect for kids and it’s knee height for adults, never the less, the bedside lounges are a good touch, as it’s on the roof, you can catch a nice tan.
There were no spa treatments here which is a shame, I was advised they’re renovating the spa hence why it wasn’t available during my stay.

Clean reasonable sized rooms, modern decor, and super friendly staff all round, from receptionist (Mr Ahmed), cleaners, to the breakfast waiter.
Breakfast on the rooftop was outstanding. Full a la carte menu with excellent table service and a wide variety of delicious breakfast items.
Unbeknown to us, on one occasion, even the owner of the hotel extending warm generosity to us when we were short of 70 MAD to pay the taxi fare!
Location was less than 10 minutes by car to the main train station. Hotel also provided an excellent service to arrange taxis for us to travel to our places of interest.
Local amenities not really within walking distance, although these can be acquired on return from excursions.

its was an average place but not 5 star hotel as they claim to be.
the massøs lady is highly professional and good at her job.
It seems lile they are a bit unprofessional. our Aircon didn’t work and we kept complaining about, they kept lying that it is fixed. on first we all had to sleep in tje living room as none pf the bedroom had aircon working. they compensated us with massage which was very good but aircon never really worked in the bedrooms which was exhausting.
they didn’t clean or refilled toilet items so we had no toilet papers, clean towels and soaps and shampoo.

Staff are great in terms of their incredible courtesy, smiles and they are always willing to help, despite their limited communication skill and proficiency in English language. As a guest, you can only communicate in either Arabic or French. It’s not even the majority of them who speak Arabic.
The TV sets are old and only offer programmes exclusively in French language with no option of English subtitles.
Quite honestly, more can be done to improve on communication.Receptionists and other key staff need to be able to understand and speak English Language fluently.
As a hotel of international repute,I was a bit disappointed as I couldn’t use my laptop and other devices(telephones) because the wall sockets are simply compatible to those used internationally.for example, the hotel uses a two-pin sockets as opposed to the popular 3pin system.Once my devices ran out of battery,I couldn’t get them recharged until the very kind receptionist loaned me her personal charger;very embarrassing, that was, actually.
This is enough for me to have a rethink next time I come over to Marrakesh.

The apartment was a good size, the ensuite was bigger than I expected. The staff all spoke good english & were very helpful whenever we needed to ask anything they was friendly & happy to help.
The breakfast was the same thing everyday got boring no other options given last 2 days we skipped it. The pool was not heated, very cold water so did not get to use it. The same hand & bath towels were reused on few of the days. The wifi was no good throughout the entire hotel.

The unannounced fuzz about needing to book two rooms instead of one suite (with two bedrooms) because there was a Moroccan woman in our travel group (family, cousins). Resulting in a 500 euro surcharge, almost doubling reservation price. Something should be done in the reservation process to make (and check) exactly the so called legal conditions for a party to have acces to a room. Total hypocrisy, only applied in higher rated hotels, no issues in the rest of Morocco.

Spacious and clean apartment, located in the new city, outside city center. Good breakfast.
Sometimes foul smell in the bathroom. Breakfast required patience. Strange to have a full kitchen, but no utensils at all? These were available on request, but I would have expected that the kitchen was fully equipped. Also, the TV had two channels, and you if you got it to work, you would need to log in with your own user to get Netflix.

the apartment is large enough, the staff is friendly and helpful as “Oumaima & Reda” at the reception.

We were happy about mostly everything. Breakfast was always great. Especially Jaouad - the restaurant manager - did a great job and tried to help us with everything he could. He gave us great recommenations for places to visit and even tried to help us with other bookings since we had some troubles with a quad tour. The cleaning ladies also did a great job, one of them even gave me a rose. The location is very quiet but it is possible to get to most major sights within an hour.
In my bedroom I was able to hear the pump which works upstairs for the pool.
The hotel charged my bank account twice, but I got the money back after a short time. Even with this issue Jaouad tried to help me.

These apartments are beautiful spacious clean and in a fab location
No kettle or cooking utensils at all and also want impressed that when booked the concierge service to take us to the airport we agreed a price upon booking and unfortunately we were charged double upon departure by the same receptionist who had quoted us the night before :( In Marrakesh everyone chances their arm with tourists but this isn’t expected in a 5star hotel and has left a bitter taste to he honest
