Nothing much. The guy waiting to give us the key to the room before closing shop, was very pleasant.
No service at all after 8/9pm.
Stuffy rooms. Could have switched on A/C before arriving.
"Nescafe" coffee sachets. Normally only found in low end establishments.
Am still waiting for an invoice for the night's stay. Were told that it would be sent by mail.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, helped us book many of the activities when we asked. The rooms, pool and bar area are all very clean and comfortable as well

Amazing staff who were professional, trustworthy, attentive and treated us like family - they could not have done more for us (especially when we had to call them from Botswana immigration to get photos of the children's birth certificates!!!)
The location is great for popping to the local markets and restaurants as well as being not too far from major sights such as the falls and Chobe. Also nice to be close to the airport after a very long journey.
Being a smaller site meant we often felt like we had the place to ourselves and we also got to know some of our fellow guests which was lovely.
It would be good if each room had a hairdryer
We would have used the pool more if it had have been heated, but we were obviously well aware that we visited during one of their coldest months and I'd imagine the pool doesn't need to be heated for the majority of the year!
It's such a shame that the lodge doesn't currently offer lunches or dinners - this would have been preferable some evenings to getting taxis to/from local restaurants (my elderly father was part of our group and can't walk that far)

Kennedy’s breakfast was the best

The property is aesthetically pleasing. It is literally heaven on earth. The views are as we imagine our promised paradise.
It was very clean, the bathrooms and the pool were very clean.
That they do not offer lunch or dinner.

Quiet lodge, friendly and helpful staff. Ken and Rita were amazing; they gave top tips for any activity I wanted to do and the perfect place for watching the sunset or having food and drink according to your budget. Good location for solo travellers, within walking distance to Shoprite (supermarket), cash point and the main street road.
The lodge doesn't serve lunch or dinner, so you have to: order out or buy something from the supermarket or go out for dinner. However, this does give you the opportunity to try different takeaways as local restaurants deliver ( again Ken and Rita are helpful in providing menus and ringing out the order for you) and also go out there and explore different food places.

the staff went out of their way to help
the pool is very nice & quiet
far from the centre (not really walkable) .. no restaurant, and very few other travers = you’re a bit stuck in the evening unless you want to take a taxi.
the room was good but the light in the room is fluorescent white!

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous hot shower.
We booked the 'budget room', but it was still a bit smaller than we expected.

Staff were super lovely, nice facilities.
Bed was rather short. Being 5’11 and feet completely off bed.

If you're looking for somewhere quiet with really friendly staff, this is the place you. I stayed in the small budget double which was perfect for one person. Clean, quiet with decent wifi most of the time. The pool area is nice and relaxing, even in the rain. I would definitely recommend staying here!
There was no hot water in the shower - weather was cooler when I was there so this wasn't ideal. The water from the bathroom tap tastes metallic and is a brownish colour so I used bottled water to clean teeth. However, the bathroom was really clean and pressure from cold tap in the shower was great :) I would stay here again.

Out of town, quiet neighbourhood, opportunity for a relax by the pool after a busy day sightseeing. Easy to get about; hotel arranged taxis or walking to restaurants and supermarket.
Bathroom was basic but fully functioning. Breakfast was acceptable, but definitely ‘no frills’!

Clean room, comfortable with air conditioning, nice bathroom, lovely pool, good breakfast included, nice decor. We enjoyed this accomodation and would go back!
While the restaurant isn't working, it could be nice to give a small kitchen area perhaps for folks to cook given the distance to town.

The bed was very comfortable, with the softest bedding ever. This place offers more than what meets the eye, the staff are exceptional hosts.
The entrance could use a little upgrade the first impression you get of the place is not a waal moment, but it is a gem.

Very cute lodge close to town with a wonderful staff.

The whole stay was wonderful and the staff especially Kennedy couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is a peaceful haven. Rooms were spacious and even though we had a problem with a shower curtain that needed replacing it was done straight away without any questions. As the restaurant was closed, Kennedy helped us sort out a takeaway and arranged some plates and cutlery for us also. He also kindly arranged and a couple of excursions (although the white water rafter suggestion should come with a major caution!); all staff couldn't have been more helpful although I cannot remember everyone's names.
The gardens and external area were kept in pristine condition which added to the overall ambience of our stay.
Beds were very comfortable; just what you need after a long day sightseeing,
We also got our laundry done beautifully the same day for very little charge.
The decor in the central reception is lovely and welcoming and also around the swimming pool breakfast area but the bathrooms could do with an uplift. It was very clean and housekeeping was good though. We wanted to catch up on some news and TV and lost the remote for a while. There is no spare in case you do the same but we finally found it in the end.
The area surrounding isn't probably conducive to walking around particularly at night so I had expected to be more on the main street so we could do so. Down to my research rather than any misleading info from Ngoma Zanga.
