The staff was friendly and helpful.
The work out room is very small, dirty, and could use some mats added for stretching. The dial to control the hot tub was broken, and the pool was quite small.
There were several things broken in the room (inside door know to the bathroom, vent inside the bathroom, and the cover for the heater) while the employee during check in made specific comment about additional fees for incident. It comes off as a little phishy for additional charges that are not the customer's fault at time of check in.
No code for wi-fi.

Larger nicer room.

Good.
$430 for 2 beds and a pull-out was a hard gouge for our 7-hour stay.
7.0
Quiet but not much to do around
For not being downtown, they need to offer luggage storage options

Situation, facilities, convenience
Problems with the TV. Not resolved by the time we left

The evening front desk and maintenance staff were very friendly.
Had to get up and shake the cable cord to the TV every 2 or 3 minutes or it would fuzz out. Couldn't run the AC because it was so loud.

It's clean, confortable, they gave us a free ride to the airport.
Most of the staff people are not very kind; they are efficient though...

We got charged by booking .com and the hotel! We paid you and then the hotel charged us also! Won’t use you again.

Elevator was out. Put on 3rd floor and then had to tip staff to take our luggage up and down.

The AC was not working, the bathroom door was not locking, I informed in the front office but unfortunately it was not taken care, so we had to stay without AC for 3 nights.

Nice hotel. Professional staff. Nice selection for breakfast. Quiet.
The shower was too narrow. It’s maybe three feet wide when facing the shower head.

breakfast was okay, coffee was great, it was last minute decision to book a hotel due to jet turning around and causing us to stay longer in Anchorage.
price, i'm Alaskan resident, I wasn't asked if I was an Alaska resident to get a discount, i'm from a rural area of alaska and the price was a little too much for me

Breakfast was good. Hotel seemed very clean.
Once there, things were mostly fine, except for a very soft mattress. getting there, another story. I had called the night before to ask about transportation from the airport. I was told thatI should call that same general hotel number once ready to be picked up and a courtesy "shuttle" would come quickly. Nobody mentioned anything else. After picking up the luggage, we called the number and got moved around a bit until someone could help us. We were told a car would be right there. Luckily, I asked - before the person hung up - where "there" was and said we were right outside of baggage claim. "Well, that's not where our shuttle picks up. Go back inside, upstairs, and walk to door #1 - halfway across the terminal." It would have been really nice for us "70-somethings" to have known that earlier. The shuttle wasn't a regular hotel shuttle but a small car. The staff seemed to really try but there were so many small issues that weren't mentioned until a tad too late. Things that could have been checked on to make sure everything went smoothly, but weren't. For instance, "how much luggage do you have?" "Do any of you have mobility issues that will require a van?"

Great place to stay, close to bus routes and Mid-town services. The room was very comfortable with kitchenette and facilities. Breakfasts were fantastic - selfserve and a lovely area to eat and relax while watching morning tv.
Apartments cleaned every four days, so perhaps they could leave more bin bags for regular disposal and cups to last that long.

Beds were comfy and the room was spacious.
Bathroom lighting was too dim, would have been nice to have some lotion
