It was refreshingly pleasant!

It was new, clean, didn’t smell bad inside. Breakfast was great! Loved the large bathroom!

Don’t allow people to make outside the front door. Rather designate a smoking area off to the side or behind the building. It makes for an awful first impression having to walk through someone’s second hand cigarette smoke.

The front desk worker was really pleasant when checking me in

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect.

The room was dim and one of the lamp lights wouldn’t come on due to outlet not working. The bathroom door didn’t close tightly, the sink faucet was loose.

We would definitely stay here again.

The 2 bedroom queen suite was like being in an apartment. We had privacy in our rooms and a common area with living room and full kitchen.

One elevator was out of service our entire 3 day stay, making wait times longer.

Disappointing

The facility was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was a rotted out hole in the drywall next to the shower and floor. You expect better for this price. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Refrigerator was broken.

Hotel hires racist employees.

*update* -Assistant GM was very concerned and rectified the issue immediately. Upon arrival I was racially targeted by over night front desk rep, Brandon. I was told to take my business across the street because they didn’t have any rooms to accommodate my two small children, husband, and myself. I was set on staying at the location due to me driving five hours and traveling with small children. Brandon only decided to give me a room when I threatened him with corporate and upper management calls. My kitchen appliance did not work so my good spoiled nor did the Wi-Fi work. Will not be staying here again.

Very good

Location, how clean it was, staff was nice.

Breakfast could be alot better for what people pay to stay here. And I stay with this hotel everytime I need to stay in Little Rock and this time the damage deposit was higher and I didn't receive any notification that my money was returned. I fill as much as I stay here I shouldn't have to pay this fee.

Worst experience

Security

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It starts for a moment and stops for another hour. couldn’t sleep at all. I called service desk and they advised me to play with circuit breakers. I haven’t slept at all and I got to drive another 15 hours very next day and it’s completely ruined my trip. The worst hotel experience I ever had, who kept circuit breakers inside the hotel room ???
