Room seemed very clean upon entry and is located in a good area
Found bedbugs on the curtains and left. Still have not received a refund of any kind.

Close to amenities and activities in area
Old ran down looking out dated beds hard as rock pillows were so thin was like using a sheet for a pillow building in need of maintenance

I loved the decor and the location. The layout was easy to follow, and the bathroom had warm water. The beds were comfy, and it was a lovely place to stay
The breakfast was limited to cereal, which isn't horrible. We got the jacuzzi for the King Suite, and it didn't work (or if it did, we didn't know how to work it).

The front desk melissa is always with a smile on her face and very helpful. I have came back 3 weekends in a row and will continue to come back and stay here when I am in northwest Arkansas

As a matter of fact the only thing that I did like was having a place to rest, other than that nothing.
I'll make a list:
- one point of access from busy road dangerous.
- roaches in/out of bathroom drains, doorways.
- holes in walls... Perfectly circular holes.. suspicious!
- claims of breakfast included to be met with only "coffee" and stale unlabeled cereal and 1 thermos of "milk" also unlabeled and unrefrigerated. That is not "breakfast."
- curtains are broken and barely cover the window.
- Bed covering has holes.
- did I mention Roaches...
- $113 the price of one night stay is ludacris for 1 bed in a place like this.
- "Non-refundable"
- bath tub stained very gross possible mold.
There is more that I did not like about this place but I will just leave with what I have listed here.

There really was no breakfast. Your choice was two different kinds of cereal and the “breakfast bar was shoved over in the corner. The juice machine was down, but they did have coffee with one choice of creamer.
Our room smelled like bleach but the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.
Everything could’ve been better. The room had a very overpowering smell of bleach. We had to open our door to air it out. The free continental breakfast- was nothing!!

There were bugs in our room, the bathroon was very dirty. However, the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly.

Computer and WiFi down. Never cleaned room. Never... No water fountain. No soap, shampoo, talels, for second day. No hair dryer. No carpet in rooms. Breakfast what a joke. Old cereal and packets of muffins only...

Way out dated. Owner needs to invest in his property up date furniture at least. Don’t cost that much give it a fresh look.

It had just been cleaned.
The clerk who checked us in was odd- kept having a conversation in Spanish with another guest while in the middle of checking me in. There were several shady looking people just hanging outside the front of the hotel. They had just cleaned our room when we got there and there are hard floors so they were soaked and we almost slipped and fell many times. The pillows were so flat we didn’t sleep well. There was not a full length mirror in the room. The hair dryer was missing. Half of the lighting wouldn’t work. Severe lack of outlets. The “free breakfast” was very inadequate.

There was a bed without bedbugs.
The room was NASTY. The bed made a weird sound everytime you sat down or rolled over (soundsed like hitting sheet metal with hammer). Hair in the bathroom floor and makeup on the wall (not a stain, wiped right up). The TV did NOT work, I told them how to fix (HDMI cord missing). The front desk lady said she does not know how to fix or where to even start and would send someone out tomorrow. We were leaving in the morning. Website site said hot breakfast (waffles), no waffles and juice machine was down. Ice machine was broken. Chain latch was broken in 1 of our rooms.

Bed was comfortable and the ac unit worked good room stayed cool
The bathroom was in need of some work tub was to tall there was a hole in the bathroom door and the floor lamp had a short that caused it to flicker and the room was dark

the room was clean, however it was so dated and run down. outlets didn’t work next to the bed. the bathroom door looked like the hotel had been flooded.

when we walked in our motel room it had a strong odor of mold so we had to change rooms and then the next room smelled clean but mold was in the shower and on the lampshades.
after the second room also had mold -the maintenance man saw it and replaced both lamps with mold -free lamps

The property staff were both customer oriented and extremely courteous. The Manager Dimpi Modi went above and beyond by assisting me and my family with problems when the concert we were going to attend was rescheduled. Being handicapped the facilities were Great.
The only thing you could possibly do is add a couple extra pillows....
