the garden and the pool are nice. restaurant in the evening has some nice food options. staff in the evening is nice and helpful.

what needs to look like a luxurious stay is in real life quite a deception. The room we had (bungalow) was old and not clean. Lots of stains on the walls and the curtains old and dirty. overall facilities in the room are very disappointing. Told them two times that the room wasn’t comfortable and not what we expected but because we are not from France/French speaking management cares less in this French enclave. We also saw cockroaches on the terrace. For us it wasn’t the place to be unfortunately.

such a beautiful place!

We loved the place so much, it was quiet and cosy and it has such a beautiful garden area! I was there with a friend and we just enjoyed some relaxed days by the pool, also the Hammam & Massage are highly recommended! Food is great and the staff is just sooo nice! We had a beautiful time there and can recommend it to everyone who's looking for a relaxed place outside the city 😍

the pool was really cold as it's not heated, but after a few hours in the sun that was okay too ;)

peaceful tasteful beautiful place to have beautiful memories blossom..

The decor and landscaping at the hotel are beautiful contemporary yet traditional touches. The staff are warm and very human, and exceptionally accommodating. The food was prepared to a high standard and clearly made with love and skill. We literally felt like we had a personal chef. I would return and recommend this place to anyone..

I did not like the fact we had to leave. Nothing to dislike at all here and I have been coming to the country for a decade..

Excellent place to kick back and relax

Excellent and friendly service, beautiful pool and area, comfy and clean rooms, very good food and even better cocktails, good spa massage.

Wifi cut off all the time and worked poorly. I recommend adding some vegetables, fruits and yoghurt to breakfast as it felt little lacking. Location is good for relaxing but theres nothing close by and outside of the hotel area there is only trash and rock fields everywhere. We had ordered a pickup from airport but there wasn't anyone facing us upon arrival at the airport.

The garden was absolutely beautiful and the staff super friendly. The room was beautifully decorated and we even had a small private garden.

The room had a lot a technical issues. The bathroom tap was leaking during the whole stay even after it was fixed by the staff. And the menu had little variety.

Gorgeous garden a bit of a trek from the center but its soo beautiful once you get there, perfect place to escape and enjoy the sun and the nice food, AMAZING staff,

Such a lovely hotel in a quiet part of Marrakech. Pierre the general manager was so helpful for everything I could ever need, from site seeing to great restaurant recommendations. I will be coming back!

great vibe, lovely decor, amazing pool and great staff who planned excursions for us.

the food wasn’t good so felt we had to go into Marrakesh for meals. the rooms were very basic.

Beautiful, peaceful though a little pricey with slow service and small faults.

The hotel was beautiful and we had most of the hotel to ourselves as there weren’t many guests staying. Perfect hotel if you need some peace and quiet.

We booked the bungalow originally though the internet wasn’t working, so they allowed us to move to an upgraded room for free however we had to pay extra for the guest room that was separated in the garden which we agreed on. Though we paid extra the TV was not working in the new room either (though we weren’t too bothered about it). The other room we paid for had a shower that would flood out to the bedroom as the floor was one level which was a little annoying as we had to keep towels there to block the water from flooding. The pool service was super slow considering there were 3 of us and 3 staff members by the entire pool. The drinks were London prices which is expected in a hotel . The hotel is quite far away from the town though we didn’t mind it too much however spent a lot of money on paying the taxi from the hotel as there were no other options. Overall we would go back as the hotel was stunning and super relaxing!

Exceptional

Everything is great about this place, we came back to it without hesistating at our second marrakesh stay this summer. Food & cocktails are delicious, you can enjoy the pool at night while listening to music. The hotel itself is very well designed, outdoors and indoors.

Definitely coming back !

We absolutely loved our stay here, the suite has a quite spacious private pool, great for couples. Food is delicious and affordable and the staff and the owner are very welcoming and accomodating. Definitely going to come back. Recommand even more if you're a fan of house/techno music.

Horrible Experience and NOT TO BE REPEATED

The only positive was Ms. Hanan at main reception who was very friendly and helpful

A Place were transport is enforced with high rates and no taxis available, food quality is very poor insects in room like lizards awful place to stay ... not recommended in future, pictures and photos are fake at Booking.com just a simple example : staff at reception are not listening carefully to guests needs, for example requested a taxi on check out day at 10:30 to arrange the taxi by 11:30 as train time was 12:45, approaching the the reception if taxi is ready, .. his reply Oh sorry I thought you ordered it and start calling taxi at 12:05 and reached the station hardly ... is this professional ?

Pleasant

The pool area is great and Pierre is an excellent front of house in regards to reservations and information.

I would say the photos are slightly deceiving. a lot of the rooms are very garish rather then the neutral calming ones that are shown on the first page of the website. The staff are nice however not so attentive and getting served wasn’t always the fastest. The Spa is beautiful but no music or atmosphere considering what a lovely space it is and fab treatments on offer.
