Location (near to the beach), good price-quality relation, staff (many employees don't speak english, but they try to help and are very friendly), animation team, excellent pools.

Meals with a lot of variety but little international, the hotel has no elevator and we stayed on the 3rd floor. Although we had all-inclusive, there are times when it is not possible to eat anything.

Good value for money. The hotel is well maintained and managed. Cannot fault a single area. The staff were exceptional especially the terrace dining area. Said was fantastic and needs to be recommended for his outstanding service.

You need to bring all of your hygiene products (at least shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste) because it’s not provided. They do have a multi-use soap dispenser but not very good. Also, specially if you’re a woman, bring a shower cap. It’s a rain shower. Wi-if is very poor.

Everything included (food), the cleaning, the position. Nice and big room. The stuff cleaning like Fatima, Asma etc.

the WIFI was not always reliable. I did not find it correct to pay 50 Dirham for the safe. Alcoholic drinks included in the price are limited. Only voska etc. If you like more it remains is to look elsewhere. Other drinks are subject to charges. I did not find it right that the gentleman at the reception did not let interested friends visit the hotel. When I asked why he had done it, he replied that the hotel can be visited via the internet.

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. TUi staff were entertaining. My daughter loved them all.

Kids mini club not very welcoming as we dont speak french and my daughter wanted to join the dance lesson.

I liked the location, the gardens, the pool. The food was tasty. Staff people especially in the restaurant were very friendly and helping even when working very hard.

The long queue that never ends to get your meal. If you're hungry you need to wait at least 20 minutes to finally start eating. The staff was tired of serving people because they were very few compared to guests numbers. The person in reception very sketchy and almost lying about several things like taxes, private beach space, prices... We were told that there is not anymore a private beach space because of COVID and after 6 days we finally by chance discovered that you had to "reserve" your seats at the beach upfront and only few people knew about it! What a JOKE! In the bar, you have to pay 10 DH to get a good coffee in an all-inclusive hotel! ANOTHER JOKE! There is no animation at all except some childish songs at the dinner time. Also ugly songs all day.
