Hosts are fantastic . The house especially the pool was spotless. Location was brilliant, close enough to parks ,shopping restaurants and don't really need to pay tolls. Hse in a residential area and is beautiful estste. Will definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have a heated pool, umbrella, chairs, and beach towels, washer, dryer.
It would have been nice to have a railing by the pool steps and a grab bar in the shower- for us older couples.

This property is very good value for money, clean, very well equipped, lovely swimming pool, in a quiet neighbourhood, not more than 30 mins away from all attractions and shopping. We wanted somewhere to relax and get over jet lag and it was perfect for both.
The sanitary wear is a bit dated, but it’s clean and works. The front door area and swimming pool area could do with some attention.

the house is not bad , we had some difficulties in the first days , but after the fourth day it was solved , for the price , everything is ok

The house was beautiful, fully equipped for a family holiday. The owner was great at answering questions & so helpful. The pool was a massive part of our holiday, we all loved it.

simple comms, great central location, approx 25 mins to all theme parks even at peak times. Quiet estate, pool with heater (if needed). Beds comfy and a good size.

Everything went perfectly, exactly as described... so easy to gain entry and get settled after a long day travelling. Lovely holiday home to use as a base and also spend time off relaxing, Hosts where amazing and accommodated for our needs above and beyond what was expected, without them our holiday could have been a washout.
Thankyou to them.

Good location, close to grocery stores, food, and shopping. All the basics were provided for your stay- bedding, towels, pots & pans, basic kitchen appliances. Almost every light switch throughout the house was labeled so it was easy to figure out what switch to use. There are ceiling fans in every room to help stay cool in the Florida heat. Close to Disney and Universal.
Owners and management were easy to contact and very helpful! The owners provided very detailed information that made the stay a positive experience. Would definitely stay again if we travel to the area in the future.
The grass was never mowed by the pool. Minor cleaning needed around the front door - the light fixture was broken and had cobwebs, dust, etc. around the area.

The location was great, close to all of the theme parks with a great choice of restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
The pool was great as was the well stocked kitchen. The three bedrooms are all of a good size as was the lounge/diner area.
The hosts of this property answered every one of our questions in a very timely and informative manner.
all in all we had an amazing time at the Florida pad and will be back at some point.

The support received from the owners, quite area, easy to access
Property is old, however it is well kept. Few areas were dusty (fan sealings and lamps) which we cleaned as we were travelling with young kids. Pool heating (specially at winter times) is a must so ensure you get it prior your arrival ;).
Finally, some instructions hanging around the property shall be updated as these were dated 1995. The waste disposal instructions available at the property were different from those shared via the owner.
