We had the most amazing stay, Mohammed made it really easy to contact him and helped us with places to go and recommendations. Breakfast was lovely and always made us feel special! Room is stunning and comfortable, exactly what you need.

Starting with the staff, they are all incredibly kind and caring people, asking about your day and your needs; they definitely go above and beyond. Then the riad itself is in great shape and of high standards with comfortable rooms, a lovely top roof terrace, and great in-room facilities (hot water, working toilets, strong AC). Finally, we found the location super convenient to easily walk to some of Marrakech's beautiful sites, whether in the north/south/west/east/centre of the city!
Not the easiest riad to find (especially considering googlemaps/other apps struggle a bit in Marrakech) so I would recommend taking the riad's offer to provide a taxi service; I think they could be a bit more competitive on this offer and weren't super flexible to haggle. But don't let this stop you staying here!

Beautiful Riad
Clean
Lovely pool
Very helpful staff
Poor breakfast
Location wasn’t very good, kept getting lost returning back there. Too many small narrow roads feeling a bit unsafe.
Our room wasn’t great. Although I booked and was upgraded (bed was double) but because I requested a non ground floor and twin beds as I was travelling with my daughter, I think I got the worst room in the Riyad. This was not acknowledged when I checked in. I should have been given a larger room at least or given some options.

My son and I loved everything about our stay at Riad Jnan El Cadi!! The room was spacious, quiet, incredibly clean and fresh (nice air condition, easy to setup to ideal temperature). Food was amazing too! However what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff: they all were so helpful, available, reliable and so warm and friendly they truly made us feel part of a family!! Special mention to Hassan and Muslim (I hope I’m spelling it right!!) as they went above and beyond to turn our stay into unforgettable days! thank you! I promised we will be back, and we will!!
Nothing!! All absolutely perfect!

Staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly and gave great recommendations for sites to see and places to eat. The location was ideal in a quiet area and still very close to the centre. The rooms were cleaned to the highest standard every day and the breakfast was amazing 👌 I would strongly recommend staying at Riad Jnan El Cadi!

Very good Riad. The owner and the manager were available to assist us all the time, there are people at the desk all day and all night which is very helpful. The Riad is well located, don't be scared about the begining of its street , you just need to get used to it.
Regarding the transfer service from the airport, we did it directly with the riad since they were with us when we arrive to the medina and went with us all the way to the Riad.
The pool is not very big but it is very good when you need to rest at the end of a hot day in the Medina.
Good breakfast, with new options everyday.
The doors and windows of the room were very thin so you could hear some of the outside noises.

Located just perfectly to discover the Medina. It is recommended to take a taxi to a place nearby. Riad staff will pick you up there.
Spacious roof top
Staff was helping wherever help was needed and made our stay very pleasant.

I cannot recommend Riad El Cadi highly enough .
As two female travellers aged 50 + Medhi and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful and accommodating ,they were always on hand to help and advise ,we felt very well looked after and truly felt that had we had any issues we would have been in safe hands .
Ideally situated to explore the souks of the medina ,lovely breakfasts which varied from day to day and comfortable ,air conditioned rooms .
We ate dinner at the riad one evening ,on the roof top terrace ,and everything we had was delicious and home cooked .
The riad has a very chilled out vibe and it was a very welcome haven to return to after the wonderful but sometimes overwhelming craziness of the medina !
We will definitely be back ,primarily because we know we will be in safe hands in this little family owned and run riad ,a huge thank you to the whole team for going above and beyond for us during our stay .
We lovedveverything about the Riad Jnan El Cadi but one small bit of feedback would be regarding the plunge pool on the upper terrace . It is deep and we both found it quite tricky to get out of !! We are not as young as we used to be ! The addition of a set of ladders would be a great help but it was lovely to have the use of it !

Beautiful beautiful riad, even smells amazing upon entering, extremely friendly staff, super well located, nice terrace with a pool for a dip in a hot afternoon, great breakfast! airport pick up went smoothly, we were also give great advice about what to explore and how in Marrakesh.
I asked for water during breakfast, they kindly brought me a full bottle, and I found out it was 2 euros during check out. not a deal breaker but just remember to buy water outside the riad instead

Great hotel, big clean silent rooms, very comfortable bed, nice bar, garden, swimming pool, vibe and location (5 minutes from Essaouira Medina for 20 Dh with a taxi), the best part has been the staff, the night guardian Abdou and the night manager are absolutely amazing and kind.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived, super friendly staff in a lovely calm area of the medina. Great escape from the craziness of Marrakech! It would have been hard to find on our own (like everywhere in the Medina!) but we found our airport transfer easily and they walked us right to the front door of the riad. The easiest arrival to a country I’ve ever had!

A pristine and gorgeous riad with friendly staff who were quick to respond to questions and offer guidance via email or when asked in person. Also were offered tea and breakfast which was a very nice bonus.
It was a bit difficult to find. There was a sign which if you keep following its direction eventually the riad will be to your left but wish there was one more sign. Staff was kind enough to send a photo prior though which was reassuring. They also suggested not to talk to the local guides who may be around Marrakesh (which apparently I did oops).

beautiful building, nice staff
Breakfast can be improved with a little bit of fruit.
Our room was on the ground floor next to the patio, so we heard all the noise when people arrive late at night (2am) and early when people were having breakfast. I understand the breakfast, it is okay, but they should ask guess do not shout at night knowing that the building has a particular structure and you can hear everything.

Nice and cosy riad, good beds,
We booked because, of swimming pool , and when we asked to use it. They say is under construction. I prefer that they must advise on booking . Currently swimming pool not in use.
Breakfast is really limited. Can add some chees, omlet, and olives.

- I will start with the staff. The guy at the reception, Tichoua Zakaria is a great guy. Even if we doesn't own the Riad, he tried everything he could to make us feel comfortable. He's friendly and a nice person to sit down and talk to. If I ever get back to Marrakech, I would stay one night in this Riad just to see him again.
- Beautiful Riad in a great location, next to a main street with shops, but sufficient away for no sounds to bothers you
- Interior it's superb just like in the photos
- It also has a beautiful terrace on top of the Riad
- The cleanliness was incredible. The cleaning ladies even gone the extra mile to tidy up the room. They well deserved some extra MAD for their effort. Even if we had some ants in the room, they took care of them (TIP: Don't leave sweets in the dresser shelfs if you don't want ants visiting)
- The room I got was small, so you don't have space to keep your luggage open. You need to take the clothes out and put them in the dresser. You don't have a counter top or something to put stuff on
- Beautiful, but small night stands. It barely fit a wallet, external battery and phone charging

nice and stylish place. staff was really nice and helpful
the location isn’t easy to get to as taxi won’t go inside and even walking there to find the place is hard as it’s far inside from the Main Street and there are not enough signs

really nice time in beautiiful place...if I could... I definitely Come back

The staffs were excellent. They were very helpful and tried explain everything thoroughly. The location is a short walking distance from Jemaa el-Fna Square.
You have to walk for the last bit to get to the Riad. The road to get there was narrow hence the car can't come in. And we saw cats that were fed with uncooked-smelly animal innards next to the Riad.
