We had an excellent stay as the property was well looked after and the kitchen is extremely well equipped

We like the bedrooms: very comfortable beds. Kitchen very well equipped. Great space inside and out. 3 bathroom was wonderful. Overall clean and tidy.

The bedroom on the main floor, we found six little caterpillars that curl up in a ball when touched. Not sure what they are. There was a beeping sound in the middle of the night. 3 short beeps then it would stop. Could not figure it out.

Exceptional

Good communication with owner regarding keyless access. House lovely and clean with all amenities and great location to celebrate 80th birthday with ample bedrooms. Great weekend thank you

Wonderful place for a couple of nights stay.

It suited our 3 families very well. The 3 bathrooms were great, plenty of space in the bedrooms and the living areas met our needs. Adequate heating and plenty of things provided ie. coffee, tea, shampoos, body wash and kitchen requirements.

There was not enough power points in the bedrooms for electric blankets to be plugged in. All the bathroom doors would not shut easily(the downstairs one wouldn’t close all the way) and the shower doors squeaked terribly.

TV remote needed new batteries Some evidence of some mice. I have sent an email with details and pictures. I can contact owners if you give the best option for that.

We had a lovely time together in the mornings and at night when we returned from the festival.

WE booked the house for the Blue Mountains Music Festival. Although the house is located on the other side of the GWH to Katoomba Town Centre, it was only a 20 minute walk to Katoomba Public School where the festival was held and 15 minutes to the centre of town. We walked back late at night with no problem as there is a footpath all the way along the GWH and lights to cross over the highway. There is one darkish section, but a phone light is enought to negotiate it safely. Excellent heating (also air con) for a very cold early October. Use of the lock up garage for two cars and an exceptionally quiet street.

There's a coffeee pod machine but no coffeee pods had been left. At least a few would have been nice to have upon our arrival. Our friends who stayed in the only downstairs bedroom would have liked a mirror in the bedroom.

it was cosy, comfortable and relaxing

Blue was clean and the facilities were great. had everything we needed. loved our own private getaway with the location being minutes away from town Center and supermarkets.

Very comfortable home for up to four couples to stay - very close to all amenities.

A number of trucks passing the house which is near the top of a hill, presumably from the industrial area nearby, at 6.30am on Sunday morning was disturbing

Very good

It was a lovely modern house. Only minutes to Katoomba shops and cafes by car. The house was well stocked with basic kitchen items such as tea,coffee sugar,S and P, and milk. Plenty of plates bowls and cutlery to use. Beds had lovely clean sheets and plenty of extra blankets,pillows, towels etc. Communication was excellent before and after the stay.

Having 6 adults and 4 children staying in the house for two nights, we all agreed that a second tv was necessary to cater for a large group. The open area upstairs could easily fit a tv mounted on the wall above the desk and a "L"shaped lounge would give plenty of seats.Having only a small living area downstairs was a bit cramped for all ten of us to sit. We also thought that the number of floor mats covering the carpets etc was excessive and a possible trip hazard for children and elderly people in particular. We did follow the instructions to take off our shoes at the door, and all had our own slippers to put on. I'm not a fan of using indoor scuffs that other people have had on their feet. Maybe disposable slippers like are worn by medical staff over their shoes would be a solution. We still enjoyed our stay in the house. These are just suggestions that we thought might be useful for the future.

Pleasant

Position was good.

Way too many stairs for older guests & too many scatter rugs. The deodoriser in the hall was overpowering.. the main bedroom has a obstacle going into the bathroom. Not somewhere we woukd rush back to.

Cooper is located in a slightly slanted, it’s a bit hard to drive in to garage. Other than that I everything else was excellent.

Living areas on both levels. Good sized bedrooms. Exceptionally clean and well looked after house. Bathrooms large, modern and clean.

Nothing the house was excellent, clean and fully furnished and equipped.
