I love the property where everything is located nearby super comfortable property something that I would really recommend to anyone and would inhabit it again.
not being able to use the pool with peace of mind with my children since there was a resident that we had to leave because apparently she didn't like the children and she was saying things to the children and even the security guard called and the officer never spoke to us He only approached her to talk, he stayed talking to her about us, he accompanied her to her residence and she never told us anything that the resident claimed, otherwise an excellent experience

Close to Disney parks
This house was gross, bathroom down stairs keep backing up , nothing was done about it, my elderly husband took a nasty fall from up stairs bathroom , because down stairs wasn't working , owner didn't care, microwave handle was broken, rug ripped and torn up, tripped many of times on it, kitchen sink flyes was coming out of it , we left 5 days early, couldn't take staying there no more, so went back to massachusetts, this place is gross, talk to her neighbors, thay had nothing nice to say about this owner,

It was the perfect location for us. As a family of 5 there was plenty of place. Graciela was excellent at communicating and responded quickly every time.

Location. Was perfect. Everything was what I was expecting. Definitely, I will go back to Florida.
It was a little bit uncomfortable. That the next-door neighbor decided to play piano and have conversation a little bit loud after one o'clock in the morning. But overall, everything else was spectacular and very nice.

Excellent property.
Clean and excellent location.
Very easy to get to Theme and water parks.
Shops a 5 minute drive away
The bathrooms were all very clean. Did not see any mould etc.
Towels and toilet paper provided.
kitchen is small but has all that you need - salt, pepper, sugar, coffee etc
Only needed to buy oil / butter.
Security attentive at the main gate and helpful and friendly.
Easy communication with host and we all really enjoyed our stay.

furniture was comfortable. ac worked well. location was great.
had to put toilet paper in trash can-apparently due to plumbing issues, torn screen door so couldn’t open it in the evening, broken handle on microwave, large tear in carpet going into living room. torn chair on patio, only one chair on patio. shouldn’t have been on VRBO until all things fixed.

location, very pretty, perfect size for our family
carpets were very dirty. the kids walked around barefoot and their feet were black.
Black mold in the bathroom where the sauna had leaked.
No walk in shower- I had foot surgery in Feb and it was hard to get in and out of the shower

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at House San Vital. The community has security at the entrance, which we liked, and they would check your slip of paper and tag each time upon entering. The community has several pools and playgrounds. We took a walk around the neighborhood lake. Graciela, the owner, is very quick to respond to any questions. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
Everything was great and I have no complaints.

Loved the house set up. Loved how we all had our own bathrooms. Loved the location. Loved the parks and the gym. Loved it all!!!!!

The House San Vital is a charming townhouse located at the access-controlled Venetian Bay Villages community in Kissimmee, FL. This unit is close to all the major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. The unit is fully furnished and consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a washer and dryer, flat-screen televisions in each room, including the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. While we only used the master bedroom located downstairs, the King size bed was very comfortable. This community also has two swimming pools, a gym, a clubhouse, a car wash area, and a boardwalk on the central lake. It is like being at home away from home.
The booking process was straightforward, and Graciella (the owner) was very helpful and professional during and after the rental process. Without any hesitation, I give a 10 out of 10 to this property.

Place is awesome the kitchen need a little bit work like the microwave oven the handle was broken securities too strict I really don’t recommend it if you truly want to have crazy fun policies are too strict if you want a quiet place this is a place to go if you want to have fun crazy fun this ain’t the place

The house size was ideal for our group of 9. There are two master bedrooms (one with a king bed & one with a queen) with attached bathrooms, plus two other bedrooms (2 twin beds each) and a 3rd full bathroom. The downstairs sofa also turns into a bed. It was nice to have a washer & dryer. (They are on the small size & you need to bring your own laundry detergent.) The kitchen was small, but fine for our needs. The linens & towels were all clean. There were plenty of towels for our group. We bought wash cloths (there were only 3 provided).
The bathrooms needed new shower curtain liners. They had mildew on them. Also mold around the showers & baseboards. Strong mildew smell in the bathrooms.
