Hardwood floors, newer kitchen with breakfast nook, stainless appliances, laundry; living room with TV, built-ins and fireplace; formal dining room seats ten; three season porch is perfect setting to relax and enjoy sunsets overlooking Barrells Millpond and Wiggly Bridge; five bedrooms – three with ceiling fans on the 2nd floor and two with A/C units on the 3rd floor, along with one full bath, one 3/4 baths and one half bath; high speed Internet and Netflix access; pack n play available; 2 car garage. Update for Summer 2022: There is a NEW detached recreational room with 3/4 bath behind the house. There will be a television, queen sleeper sofa, and additional seating available. This bonus space will provide another place for guests to sleep and spend time together. Two french doors will open up onto a paved patio area with comfortable outdoor lounge seating area and outdoor table with umbrella. There is a lawn on the left side of the house that is available for use. We have additional Adirondack chairs available for overflow seating that can be used on the patio as well. Read more
