Extraordinaire

La proximité de la ville(30 secondes des souks et de la place El fna),la sympathie, de la direction et surtout de l’équipe qui était aux petits soins pour nos demandes. J’ai hâte de revenir pour pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse ! et de profiter du jacuzzi.

Je cherche encore !🤣

Accueil, service et disponibilité sont les maîtres mot !!!

L’accueil de Frédérique et de Saïd. nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Dès notre arrivé Frédérique nous a demandé si nous avions besoin d’aides concernant la réservation d’activités, Chauffeurs ect…. Elle a pris le temps de nous écouter, négocier et d’organiser pour nous notre séjour afin que tout soit parfait et ce fut le cas !!!! Le Riad était complet mais nous avions l’impression d’être les seuls clients. C’était juste magique !!! Les petits déjeuners sont fabuleux, variés et copieux, sur réservation le repas du soir est proposé et encore une fois le couscous pris dans la salle à manger était succulent.

Very good experience at Riad Carllian

The room was very nice and bigger then we expected, also clean. The bathtube is little but very comfy! This Riad is perfect if you like to stay in the very center of La Medina. Good breakfast freshly prepared everyday, with few choices (all very good). We really appreciated the kindness and availability of the staff, they’ve been really nice with us and open to all of our needs/questions. Thanks to the guy that prepared us an orange juice at 4.30am before going to the airport, very kind of him :)

Exceptional

Syed was exceptionally helpful with good recommendations for restaurants and activities. He booked restaurants, spas and a quad biking trip on our behalf. He was incredibly polite and friendly, as were all the staff. Rooms were a good size and very clean. We made good use of the hot tub and the breakfast was great. The location was also perfect, as it is very close to the square but far enough so that you don't hear a sound if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. Would highly recommend

Frederique and Said are lovely and so helpful. It’s a lovely Riad in a great location and I would recommend it.

Great location. 5 minute walk to the markets in the square but quiet enough not to be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of it all.

Our jacuzzi in our room wasn’t working and they only managed to fix it the evening before we left but they were so nice about it that they arranged for us to each have an hour long massage in our room which was excellent. Great customer service.

Calm in the middle of Marrakech

Very helpful manager, lots of good advice and recommendations. Helped us with a daytrip to the Atlas mountains and with our onward travel. Comfy quiet room.

Not as great as expected.

Employees are loving and attentive. The owner gave me a map and explained the interesting places in the city.

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the square and the center is completely pedestrianized, arriving with suitcases and walking through the streets with suitcases is difficult. The owner of the Riad had an attack with the wheelbarrow lords, but it was resolved. My stay was not good because on the first night I went out with friends, I didn't take the keys to the Riad and I left my passport. We were stopped by the police and not even the owner answered and the Riad number on the internet did not work. Traveling alone I didn't feel safe in my accommodation, I checked out the day after and the owner didn't even suggest returning the money, not even partially.

Great Stay

Breakfast choices were great, manager and staff were super friendly and helpful, smart TV in rooms, housekeeping on a daily basis, nice roof top, clean rooms , flexible check in/out depending on availabity of the rooms, nice shower.

the place & cleanliness are amazinf but breakfast is 4/10

the area is so quiet (considering Marrakech center is so noisy), the room is soooo comfortable

the breakfast was not worth it for a such a nice hotel. they should give fruits and some protein such as eggs or else. the airport transport was soooo expensive saying for only €20 but then plus €17 with a hidden tax which is almost double the price!!!!! (i had to leave for my flight at 4am)

I can only recommend this heaven in Marrakech.

Wifi was working very well thanks to fiberglas. I was surprised to find this technology in the medina. People working there are very helpful. The lunch was delicious.

3 lovely nights in Marrakesh

Location of the riad is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa. The riad is modern, with a typical sweet breakfast. Staff were great and very accommodating. We had 3 days to explore the city and wanted a room with a bath. Upon arrival we were offered an upgrade room, but we declined as it didn't have a bath. Well, there is a large jacuzzi on the roof which we didn't see when booking the riad. It was excellent despite the cold evenings in November Marrakesh.

Breakfast could include an omelette or cottage cheese. A non sweet variety. Otherwise breakfast was good. The price could have been cheaper too. It is not a hotel it is a riad. In the bathroom, one hook was broken/lose, not many spaces to hang wet clothes (jacuzzi!)

Nice riad but could improve on a couple of things

Nicely presented property, good facilities. Room was excellent, spacious, bed comfortable.

as highlighted in prev reviews, WiFi non existent inside rooms but available in common area, can be frustrating. also should be noted that while they bill in euro they use a self-set conversion rate to convert this to local currency and you have to pay in local currency. The difference was refunded but needed to email manager etc as local staff did not wish to do this.
