War sehr sauber, Personal war sehr nett, sehr hilfreich, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Unterkunft ist in einer sehr sicheren Gegend und Fenster haben Moskitonetze.

Super lief personeel dat ons goed heeft geholpen. We wouden eten bestellen want kwamen laat aan van de airport, alleen dit ging niet heel soepel. Uiteindelijk hebben zij voor ons gebeld en de bestelling geregeld!
De locatie was een klein beetje onduidelijk, we konden het op google maps eerst niet vinden, later wel.

I normally forget to leave reviews but I had to leave one this time because one member of staff in particular was so kind and helpful - she really went above and beyond to help after I accidentally left my driver’s licence behind.
Everything was perfect! One tiny suggestion I’d make would be to put bedside lights in the room I was in, but otherwise all very clean and comfy.

I didn’t have breakfast but looks good. Location is great but little bit away from the city center & transportation is problematic. Property details appears is awesome in compare to ***** hotel . Property very very good with luxurious furniture & reception hall. I used to owned choice hotel in USA but I can’t compare & match my standards so high like Royal castle guest house. Very good return on bucks & will not be disappointed. I noticed, needs little bit more professional staff to serve cause they offering very good standard. I will not hesitate to come back & stay . Good luck!!
As mentioned above property, cleanest, detail decoration very luxurious. Very clean.

The atmosphere and the decor of the property was amazing, we just loved staying there.
I must say the bedding 🛌 was a bit worn out and the room was prepared for one person instead of a couple. But we were politely assist by the staff when we required assistance.

Clean, comfortable stay in a modern place. Had our own safe parking space. Possibility for a local-style little breakfast. We were helped with all request we had immediatly.
There are no restaurants near-by, but that is not the fault of Royal Guest House.

Near the city. Clean room
Most awful smell came from the toilet. Probably the drain. Stench kept us away the whole day. Was not explained how the warm water setup works so we end up using the basin to wash..
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable.

The manager was really understanding especially the fact that he allowed me to check in my room early morning when I arrived and I got the best room.
The staff really were kind and helpful.
The breakfast was just amazing and delicious.
There was only one sachet of coffee in the room and there was no replacement for the next day, and also there was no variety of coffee to choose from for breakfast, there was only one, (ricofy) I think.
If you are not having a car, it's really difficult to find a cab to go to town, but with some luck you don't have to wait for too long.

Having to ask for room condiments and be told those things are paid for don't come for free .
Place has potential, but the host approach should be hospitable. Guests be afforded comfort of paying customers, then it won't be a bad overnight stop when you pass windhoek.
Be like a hotel, greet and welcome the guest , get them to pay, then direct them to their rooms and mind own business from there..

The breakfast was delicious and the location very quiet.
I suggest that the management must look into the gate intercom button to be located as such that you don't need to get out of your car to press the button. It is very inconvenient always to get out of your car to press the button.

The lack of modern charging ports around the bed and the lack of remote controls for the gate for clients making it disturbing to call for gate opening all the time.
