I was pleased with everything.

The rooms smelled strongly of chlorine or cleaning products. Even with the doors and windows open the smell lingered

Small, well decorated, fireplace, location near beach.

Wish they made fresh coffee and water throughout day

We had the pool to ourselves on Saturday afternoon which was great, nice pool, only 3 lounge chairs which is strange but at least we were the only two there. When in the room the walls were made well, very little sound from other guests and outside noise, that was great! The mini fridge was a plus.

The bed/mattress was horrible, the floors in the room were filthy upon arrival and then had to ask to clean. The booking we made thru Booking.com was for 1st floor (had recent injury to knee so steps difficult) but when we got there they said, "did you book thru 3rd party", I said yes, my fault and they said "oh ya, they never give correct rooms when booking thru them". We both were completely shock at attention to detail at this property because we spent time at Del Marcos PS and La Serena PS and we loved both, amazing properties from Kirkwood.

Clean modern room, easy to find. Good location.

No coffee in room, and lobby didn't open until 8:00 to be able to get coffee in lobby...

Staff was friendly. Complimentary beverage upon arrival. Walking distance to several restaurants and beach.

Room was newly remodeled and very clean. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. They had coffee available in the morning and it was close to the beach.

Maybe some fruit and cereal in the morning to go with the coffee, cookies are nice but unable to eat them before something healthy first thing in the am.
