Loved the swim-up bar and sunsets over the large pools, close location to the south Kuta beach for boat trips and passage to surf points, airport, large resort, not very busy and staff are very friendly.

Has a weird feeling of a 5-star resort from 20-30 years ago ran today as a 3-star. Feels more geared to large conference groups and the indian tourism market as per the rest of South Kuta, rather than western/australian/new zealand. Restaurant menu limited and below typical Bali high food quality. Breakfast buffet was adequate but not geared to western food diets and tastes (eg. garlic in omelette). Resort feels a bit rundown, would benefit from significant maintenance, including rooms and grounds, plants, lawns, walls, steps etc need trimming and repair.

love this resort. 10 minutes to the airport. staff are lovely and I mean lovely, so personable. The pool, divine, instagram dream, dreamy tunes over the blue pool and blue sky. Food was delicious both indo and non indo, the smiling service in the sun with a view of the pool. am I in heaven, maybe. Room was fabulous, nice furniture, cool fresh decor, private, bathroom….. the bath… all marble, yes please. love this place

the property is designed to make all the separate villas private, the paths are all beautiful, but they all look similar so you need to remember to look at the well posted signs, else you may think you know, but you end up lost, like me. lol.

Friendly staff especially pool attendants who went out of their way to assist. Proximity to airport. Shuttle service to and from room when required.

Quite dated and in desperate need of a facelift. Some areas appeared to have been abandoned such as the restaurant by the main pool. Also the 2 smaller pools were always deserted and this made the resort feel tired and quite un-resort like. Breakfast was ordinary.

Pool area lovely. We could tell was once a grand place but is now 20 years old. Walked on beach but tons of rubbish raked up in large piles needs to be shifted off the beach as not a pleasant walk. New pathway great and fabulous statues on small island. We had deluxe suite. Bed hard as a rock. Very spacious with lounge and table. I probably like modern hotels so perhaps not a good judge . Breakfast was fine. Dinner was OK. Service really not good at dinner. Only a few people eating but took ages to bring our drink orders. I paid $100 a night on sale.wouldnt have liked ordinary rooms and wouldn't have liked to pay any more $ Booked as close to airport.
